Automatic payments have a tendency to come in when you least expect them and cause either to screw up a monthly budget, or even overdraft charges. it should be your customer's right to have automatic payments or be billed and make the payment themselves without it being automatic.

Always provides quick answers to questions. In my experience, uptime has been effectively 100%.
I have used their hosting for about a year and have had zero issues.
I have been with FrogeHost for about 2 years. So far, they have been great. No issues at all. I would recommond them.
I’ve been with Froge for two and a half years now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. One of the standout features is their fast support response times. In most cases, I’ve received replies within 30 minutes, which is fantastic. There have been a few rare instances where it took a couple of hours, but even then, the support team was helpful and efficient.
The uptime has been excellent, and the speed is also great, which has been a big plus for my clients’ websites. Another nice feature is the flexibility to add extra resources for a client’s site when needed, though this does come with an additional fee.
That said, I do have one request: increasing the storage space for reseller accounts. While the current resources are adequate, a bit more space would make it much easier for me to sell services to clients and stay competitive in the market.
All in all, Froge has been a reliable hosting provider, and I appreciate the quality of their service. With a little more storage, they’d be perfect!
My experience is 100% with four support requests all successfully resolved. I can say over all everything seems 'snappier', and I can get into Direct Admin despite my trepidation, only ever using cpanel. I'm grateful.

Anyway, i needed the resources of a shared hosting account for a small personal project and came across ForgeHost on the WebhostingTalk forum. They offered fast hosting, good uptime, and free migration. So decided to go with them.
Migration was superb. My personal project site isn't straight forward and was installed under a subdomain. The main domain is still on a VPS. And the froghost technical staff performed the migration without a hitch.
I've now had my site on their servers for a month now, uptime is good, speed is good, and their technical staff seem competent and polite.
So yes, they get a recommendation from me. So far so good.
They responded very quickly to my concern and helped me resolve my issue with Paypal
i'm from france and i have a little trouble that need better knowlegde than mine and in about 15 mn they sold my trouble, in france it's 11:00 am ,just WHOUAA really fast reply, really great service.
So far so good. Fast reliable service. It's always scary to switch providers, but FrogeHost has been great.
I moved one of my clients with multiple huge mailboxes over to Froge.Host and the migration was fast, seamless with no issues. Their support is top notch: tickets are replied to quickly and any requests or problems I have had have been resolved within the day.
Love the fast servers and also the ability to use Redis caching on a shared hosting account - so much so I've moved my own website over to them recently.
If they included access to the daily backups (via Acronis/Jetbackup or similar service) they would be the perfect host (shared hosting) for me! Currently you open a ticket and any backup restores are done by the support team which works fine, it just adds a delay to getting the data.
I would highly recommend Froge.Host and am super happy with their service.

I am very happy with FrogeHost! From before I even became a customer, their customer service was awesome and promptly replied. They were able to answer all of my questions, and easily switched my cPanel files and info to DirectAdmin (which I like much better than cPanel!)
