Worst customer service ever
I ordered something in February 2026 and never received it. After a month, I wrote them an email to find out what was happening. I didn’t receive any answer—it took them a week and a half to reply, and they told me they were having problems with their shipping service. They said it should be resolved within two weeks and that my order would be shipped.
Two months later, I still haven’t received anything—no email, no package. I also tried to contact them again to request a refund, but I still haven’t received any response.
I’ve never seen such bad customer service.
