Frontline Trainers are relevant! they make the Training interesting and enjoyable. Of course there are the standard things you need to know, but they deliver this with personality and relevance to the Team of people they are Training. They take note of how people are responding, give time for questions and will always clarify/support when someone is not quiet getting the hang of something.
They care about the Training they deliver, they are passionate about First Aid and are well trained and informed.
We have had Frontline Training deliver our First Aid and Mental Health First Aid at Burlington House Sixth Form for the last 2 academic years and have found them professional, friendly and well informed, delivering great courses.

The course was very thorough and practical. We covered the elements of First Aid in detail.
