I placed and paid for an order on Frosic.com on August 15th 2026
As of today the status of the order is showing ORDERED
I have sent them 6 email communications all of which have been ignored even though all are addressed to SUPPORT
I have tried phoning them every day since 17th August
A message due to service difficulties we are unable to take your call please call back later gives me tge sense of a giant scam
I sent email number 4 on 24th August cancelling the order and requested a refund ignored
My advice to potential buyers STEER CLEAR

Al principio no esperaba mucho, pero me sorprendió lo cómoda que resultó en general, aunque el efecto sigue siendo bastante normal en algunos aspectos. Se nota que está diseñada cuidadosamente para favorecer un mejor descanso, aunque sin destacar de forma especialmente notable.

The cooling function works especially well during warmer nights, and I’ve noticed that I tend to move less while sleeping now.

Di recente ho acquistato una coperta rinfrescante e nel complesso ha migliorato il comfort durante la notte, anche se non è qualcosa di eccezionale. È leggera ma comunque abbastanza confortevole.

Il cuscino che ho ricevuto è soffice e offre un supporto discreto. Il dolore al collo è diminuito un po’ dopo alcune settimane, ma il miglioramento non è stato così significativo.

I’ve used many bedding products before, and this one is reasonably balanced between softness and breathability. It’s okay, but I’ve come across better options.

Le confort reste assez constant chaque nuit. Il ne se déforme pas facilement, mais la douceur est correcte plutôt que remarquable.

En résumé, je trouve que ces produits mettent l’accent sur le confort pratique plutôt que sur l’apparence, ce qui est appréciable, même si le design pourrait être un peu plus soigné.

The blanket is light in weight and provides a moderate level of warmth for air-conditioned spaces. It works fine for daily use, but nothing standout.

II matreiale della coperta e liscio e di alta qualita. Non e troppo pesante cosa che personalmente preferisco per l'uso quotidiano

Aprecio el diseño sencillo y los colores neutros. Combina bien con la decoración de mi dormitorio sin resultar demasiado recargada.
