Had a lovely experience with Callum, very attentive and took our queries seriously. When our space wanted to add alternative milk to our order he made sure to inform us on all of our options and was quick to enforce the change!

Great experience from Callum
I had a query with an invoice that we have received, I sent an email to the orders email and Callum Roberts was very quick on the case. He gave me a call and explained the situation very clearly and sorted it right there and then. Very efficient and did a great job.

We are a relatively new customer but I do have to say that nothing is too much trouble. We have milk, potatoes, snacks and fruit. Fruit is displayed beautifully in baskets and such a great range of snacks. Milk lasts well past its sell by date too so you know its fresh. Emails are swiftly responded to. Just wanted to mention not only Steve Lee as our account manager but Sam Butterworth too for putting up with my 45minutes phone calls and very specific instructions! Great experience up to now!
