Our account is managed with a dedicated person (Callum Roberts) who keeps in good touch with us. There has never been any pressure, they understand our needs and never try to upsell things we dont need. On the rare occasion there has ever been an issue or a date needing changed, it is taken care of efficiently and quickly by Callum who looks after us.

Good customer service
We have an account with Fruidel and Steve Lee has been super responsive and helpful in getting back to us with any questions or concerns regarding our orders! Sometimes the quality of the fruit delivered is a bit miss and our members have mentioned they would like to see more fair-trade fruit particularly in regard to the bananas. Though over all happy!
