one star is one to many. I sent this information to my son-in-law. He ordered something for her 94th birthday with a note on a card from him. Needless to say, she did not get her order, she received a different order that did not have her name or her address. She ended up with a platter that was intended for a family of a passed love one. Fruit bouquets, sent mom her order the next day, but no card. She had no idea who sent it nor did she get her personal message from my son-in-law. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! And to top it off, who in their right mind eats the core of a pineapple? On the platter, it has chocolate covered pineapple cores....

My boyfriend set up my original delivery for 4/4/24. I sat around all night after work for a no call, no show. He had to call and they set up a redelivery for 4/8/24. I was unable to receive it this day and my boyfriend called back to reschedule it to 4/10/24. They still delivered it on 4/8/24 while I was out of town. They did not deliver it on 4/10/24. I had to reach out myself to set up a redelivery for 4/12/24. I'm writing this on 4/11/24 so hopefully they deliver and end this inconvenience. They also would not share any information on their local shop so I could speak to them and track the delivery with the source. I find that suspicious and will advise my BF to order from Edible Arrangements for further surprises.

The quality of the product was top notch. Freshness if the strawberry's were perfect. Thank you for delivering a smile to my sister who was but felling will.

I have not received any notification as of yet on my order. I would like to know my order status.

As always, you guys lived up to your expectations. My friend with cancer had a wonderful day when she received her flowers and berries she said she was thinking about Sherry’s berries on Easter, and as her neighbor, I can read her thoughts. Thanks for always being so good.

Truly a terrible experience, customer service is horrible. They lost my delivery couldn’t locate it after providing all information then refused to provide refund. This company scams peoples.

I was very disappointed with the bouquet! I especially liked the pineapple flowers your site showed. Instead it was basically orange slices with apples! Very misleading!

It is great that I could order this fruit basket online since we live thousands of miles away. There was a good number of choices to choose from. However from the picture the recipient sent, it was not the identical arrangement I ordered, which I expected it to be. It looked to me like a jumbled up mass of fruit just stuck in a basket, not arranged nicely like the picture. They said the fruit was delicious so I am happy for that.

The ordering process was easy and seamless, though I find no fault with this company I actually had searched for a different company and the paid search results were listed first. That coupled with my inattention led to me ordering from them. The delivery was fine though it was through FedEx and I was not seeing that as the delivery mode anyplace prominently. Not a big deal but a gift gesture delivered by FedEx might lose a bit in some folks eyes so be aware.
The strawberries were huge and very tasty, the packaging was still cold. Bonus you get two reusable gel cold packs!

The birthday gift was well received and tasty.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Easter. They were delivered to my daughter on time and looked just like the picture. I’m very happy with the service and the product.

Although the fruit basket I ordered was delivered on the day as promised, they left it on the recipient’s doorstep without ringing the doorbell and she just happened to notice a package on her porch. Thankfully, the weather was ok for it to sit out for a little bit. Also, the note I wrote online was not attached anywhere, so she had no idea who sent it to her. She ended up calling the company’s number for them to tell her who sent it.
Reading the reviews now, I guess I am grateful that it was at least delivered on the day as promised

I order my girlfriend flowers and strawberries to be delivered to her job. The next morning all the website said was that it is confirmed. Around 10am I called because it still said confirmed and I stated that she got off at 4 pm and I would pay extra to have it delivered before 4. I was told that it had been on the delivery truck since 10 am. By 4 pm the tracker still said confirmed and my girlfriend hadn’t said anything. So I called back and got a refund because they weren’t delivered. The flowers got to my girlfriend’s job at 845 pm. It’s a hospital so someone was there to receive it but the website said they deliver to a business by 6. I offered to pay more to have it there by 4 and it gets there at 845. Unacceptable.

I would have LOVED this gift had it been delievered as what I thought I'd paid for - EXACTLY like the photo. The flowers were inserted vertically instead of on a horizontal diagonal, which would have made the fruit boquet look especially spectacular. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to send this to my daughter across the country. Of course, it's expensive, so I want the same beauty that I see online. Still happy I sent them, just don't know if I will again. I so dislike when I do not get what I think I'm paying for. Every employee should know how to make every fruit basket exactly the way it's shown to the one who's going to purchase it.

I ordered a fruit basket for someone's birthday.. I ordered it on the same day I needed it delivered. I received the confirmation, it read it would be delivered the following day.. I didnt want the arrangement the following day.. I used the Chat link in hopes of canceling the order.. They asked me for my name, recipients name, order#, etc.. After waiting for 4 minutes, they tell me to hold while checking the order 1 to 2 minutes, (this is after I waited 4 minutes already).. I felt I wasnt getting any where with this feature and deleted the chat. I then called the 1 800 number and spoke to someone, who basically said they could not help me due to the fact that someone was already working on it.. They explained that once someone has the order, no one else can process the order in any way... Okay, but I never got anywhere with the Chat in the first place because I deleted the conversation that I wasnt having... So finally while talking to a customer service rep, the Chat person mysteriously comes back on and says they have cancelled my order and I should get an email 12 to 24 hours.. Still havent gotten it, but got this one to rate... I have done a lot of business with 1 800 flowers, and, Im sorry, but I am not pleased with their customer service.. I dont need this kind of service, as there are so many other florists I can use. Maybe the reps are just doing their jobs, but the system in itself needs improvement. Customers are anxious to get the arrangements out for their people and dont need this nonsense...
