I have been using the FUL moisture hair mask for 3 months now and I would never go back ! Honestly it made the whole difference especially when I do a blowout ! I have textured hair for reference and I use it at every shower as my hair really loves the product and sometimes I also add a hot towel !

I can’t wait to start trying the shampoo and conditionner !

Delivery was great and would consider do the subscription once I’m out of product !

The Intense Moisture Mask is amazing! My hair was very dry after being highlighted and the mask has made my hair soft and shiny. I left it on for an hour or so and would highly recommend.

I bought the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask minis. They are a great size for traveling and they all smell like a nice spa with a light, fresh, floral scent. The shampoo is quite thick and lathered well which meant a little goes a long way! This also meant that I ran out of the conditioner much faster than the shampoo. I have long, fine, straight hair and this set worked really well for me. I’m looking forward to trying some hair styling products from the brand.

This brand is incredible got the purple hair mask and it made my highlights look like they were just done after being away for 2 weeks, the sun and chlorine had turned them yellow, would highly recommend

I placed my order first and read the reviews after, I was then a little apprehensive but, products arrived in a timely manner and they are of great quality. I bought the all rounder shampoo and conditioner as well as the moisture mask and the results are great. My hair is soft and shiny and it detangles very well. Will definitely buy again!

Ordered shampoo, sent me conditioner, as the shampoo was out of stock, I know it wasn't a mistake as they did the exact same thing with another order I made, and they acknowledged that the shampoo was out of stock. Has taken me a month and waiting to try and get an exchange, still not recieved my item.
Very poor when they knew the item was out of stock so just sent something else anyway. They should be notifying customers items are out of stock and giving them the chance to cancel before items leave their warehouse, nor just sending out whatever they fancy.
Why does an exchange take over a month and counting? Item was received at their warehouse a month ago and still not 'processed' for them to send out a replacement. The only thing I can think of is that they have done the same to a lot of people so are processing a lot of returns!

The ordering was fast had the purple hair mask
The application was ok
The after was horrible - it’s stained strands so I have a few purple strands and the smell is awful
Washed it so many times and the stain will not come out
So now going to have to re colour hair

I’ve been using the products for a while now and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. My hair feels healthier, looks better and is much easier to manage.

The products are really good quality, smell nice and are so nice to use. They’ve become a regular part of my hair routine and I love the results.

I ordered shampoo but received condition. Emailed them a photo as proof and was sent a returns label. Sent the conditioner back the same day and had proof of delivery to show they've received the parcel. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND 11 DAYS LATER. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Lovely products,I did actually receive them, some were not so lucky but this company does not respond to messages if there is a problem with an order

This company is just a scam. I order over £100 worth of items and they just never arrived. No response from their customer email. I actually cannot believe that they are operational. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering.

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased 5th June am so items should have been sent same day. No dispatch email received a week later and no replies to emails (2 different contact addresses), no reply via Contact Us on the website and no reply via Instagram. I paid via PayPal so, luckily, was easy to cancel the order and get a refund. Shame as I used the charcoal mask before (bought from a salon) and loved it.

Product still not arrived after 10 days. No reply to emails. Now I have to go through the hassle of opening a case with my bank. AVOID!
