The driver Dan was great really …
The driver Dan was great really friendly. Polite and helpful. My dog kept trying to escape and he went out of his way to help . Lifting bike over step was also great as I'm slightly disabled cant rate Dan enough.

2nd time using funbikes now and they…
2nd time using funbikes now and they have been great. Had Dan deliver to us today and he rang 1hour ahead which was very helpful and funbikes has emailed and text to keep me updated throughout the process. Both Quads arrived In perfect condition.

Dan who delivered our bike was great. Especially because he gave me a ring before he delivered and I was able to schedule it into my day really easily. He also gave us a couple of good tips on Putting it together and aftercare. Thanks Dan.

M2R 250cc …
I have purchased the M2R 250cc and am absolutely in love with how it rides and feels. In the 4months of having this bike I have tested it through thick mud , woodland , concrete, hill climbs , jumps and it hasn’t let me down, It feels solid, rides great, and just keeps going no matter what you put it through.
The customer service / Funbikes team have been super helpful and quick to respond whenever I’ve had questions about what parts to buy or general advice .
Overall the bike is great value for money, customer service and company itself are very helpful and I’m extremely happy with the purchase, no regrets whatsoever .

Amazing, fast delivery
From going into the store to ordering to delivery, I can't fault the service we have experienced. Ordered Sunday and came on the Thursday- I now have one super excited son. Gavin the driver kept us informed of ETA and was very professional.

Long wait ro resolve issue with bike
Great little e bike , MX Freestyle 18 inch, perfect for 8yr old for Xmas
Suddenly stopped working showing error code 10. Tech team tried to diagnose using photos, sent replacement control box which I had to fit and this still didn't fix issue.
Have had bike collected today.
Gavin the collection driver was fantastic, helpful and friendly, phoned ahead and was a pleasure to deal with.
But frustrated how long this has taken to resolve, bike has been out of action over 3 weeks now. Had to wait days for tech team to assess and respond, then 5 days for part which didn't fix issue then another 8 days to get a collection slot. Had to phone and chase at wvery stage. Customer service staff very polite but feel it has taken way too long to get bike collected and its still not fixed.

First time ordering from fun bikes
First time ordering from fun bikes. My daughter loves the MXR 20, although the pegs aren’t very good and broke on the first outing. A quick email and jigs from the technical team wasted no time in sorting me me out with a new set of pegs in hours.
Would definitely buy more products from this company the customer service is excellent. Thanks again jigs 👌

That the bikes are not good quality
I think the back break is cheaply made along with the bikes i will not buy again as the bike was expensive
