Great product, very pleased with my phone case. It has arrived nicely packed in a very funky envelope. Delivery was standard, around 4-5 working days. I would recommend this company.

Late and completely broken due to no packages
They did not process the order for the two weeks pre Xmas and did not mention at time of order. Also the delivery had non existent , the mug I ordered was broken but the piece was missing in the box. Which means it was placed in box broken

Over a month and order not arrived
UPDATE:Despite not replying to my customer service email they did resend the order after seeing my trust pilot review which given it was a postage issue was very kind. Ultimately though I ordered on the 1st or 2nd Dec and didn’t get items in time to give as gifts. When they did arrive the quality of the hoody and notebook were poor and although the design was fun and unique I wouldn’t order from them again.
ORIGINAL POST: Ordered a hoodie and notepad early Dec but didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, no response from customer service and tracking number not working. Possibly an issue with delivery but still poor customer service not to be responding. Very disappointed.

A very disapointing experince
Extremely disapointed on how long it took, How the customer service is been, and overall everything in general.
Ordered a case back on the 5/12/25 and paid for the express option that said DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS!
I recieved a email same day it had been sent.
it did not show up before or on Xmas eve like i thought, It showed up a Month LATE arriving on 6th January this year. (6.1.26)
The package even said "International Prioity Mail" which does not mean take as long as you want, it means delivery as fast as possible.
Upon collecting the parcel from my locker i had asked Australia Post staff to pull the tracking data for it, and they were able to work out it was sent via slow method (boat transport or other kind of method)
The fact Funcases now refuse to respond to my emails over this has now left me no choice but to leave this kind of feedback.
While my friend loved her belated xmas present and was happy, This experince was not a good experince, but rather a disapointing experince.
While i encourage others to shop at their own advisement. this is my genuine feedback for them.

I love my fun cases so much! It's such great quality and you can choose many designs, any initial, and colour side with many options for phones! I love it and it's great for the environment as they plant a tree for every order. 5 stars and will always get a case from here instead of Amazon! 🤩

Great looking phone case but doesn’t allow google pay to work through t which is really annoying!!
Wrong size delivered
I ordered a hoodie and what was sent is disgusting quality and it’s the wrong size. It took about 3 weeks to be refunded so too long. They have apologised and sent a gift card so at least they dealt with my complaint.

Historically quite good, not sure what’s happened
Historically quite good, but they are milking the hell out of the Xmas/NY period and an order from the 28th of December has even been began its journey it.
I understand there’s a break period, but there not a chance that it should take 4 working days to be point where the product “is almost ready to send” with no fun commitment on dates.
Despite reaching out I’m Being told to be patient everyday, but I’m done.
Another retailer had one here in two days, no requirement for this now.
I can’t fat the quality of their cases (in the past) , but time is a big thing and to be waiting two weeks and find out it’s still not even been sent isn’t good.
A credit chargeback seems to be the only way to get serious attention.

Great item., questionable delivery
Whilst I appreciate they are a small business I paid premium delivery and had to chase. It took 3 weeks to arrive on Christmas Eve, making it a stressful time if the item would arrive. I was offered no refund for paid delivery to arrive no later that the 17th December
Wish I didn’t even bother. Avoid
I ordered a necklace on 10/12, still hasn’t arrived, sent multiple emails where they blamed Royal Mail (even though Royal Mail has been fine).
My other items that arrived were of poor quality, off centered, white line.
Now I’m not even getting a reply from their email, I’m guessing it’s because I asked for a refund. Avoid

Firm were unable to send me the colour of top I wanted because of shipment problems but they were excellent at updating me and offering a refund if I wanted plus voucher compensation.

Poor quality phone case
Avoid this company if you want a decent, protective case for your phone. Very disappointed with the quality of the case. Looks and feels very poor quality. I will now have to buy an alternative elsewhere

Ordered a hoody and phone case on the 11th December. They turned up on the 24th December. The phone case was great but the hoody I ordered wasn't printed well. I contacted them on the 24th December and they have issued a refund for the item on the 6th Jan
