beware of buying from this chinese co
bought 2 pairs of the socks,they are a waste of money.they went in the bin,been waitinf 5 month for a refund,costs £9.5to return them to chinathey have no british agency to phone or email.

This company is a scam I ordered £25
Of stock on 6th June said despatched 22 June with a tracking number that does not exist on any sites
I have sent 6 emails with no reply

Do not order from their closing down offer. Socks ordered 3 weeks ago, not even a despatched notification and no socks…no response to emails…...scammed, will claim money back through credit card

My socks eventually arrived on Saturday 21st June! ordered some products in the closing down sale on 24th May 2025 and received a shipping update with the tracking number on 27th May 2025. The order still hasn't arrived on 20th June. When I check the tracking number provided it says "Not Found". No response received to emails I have sent to various addresses they use. I am suspicious that they are recovering their losses (if they really are going out of business) by not processing orders and keeping the money paid.

My husband has bought several pairs of socks from this company. They emailed to say closing down with offer on socks. He ordered on 2 June, money came out of his bank account on 3rd June, and to date no socks!!
He has contacted company on several occasions and no response.
I wouldn’t have given a star but unable to.
It would seem my husband has been scammed.
So I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them as you may lose your money and no goods!

My Functional Socks were really really good! Sometimes you think things are too good to be true but because my feet get so painful I thought anything is worth a try and, these socks really did help. I am really pleased with them and I find now that in the evenings I actually have no pain/tingling in my feet. Barbara - Plymouth

Swelling ankles and fatigue were main issues for me & not pain. But using mostly at night and on airplanes and some days working in garden and on feet a lot, they make a world of difference! Love them so much better than traditional compression knee socks which were too much and not enough help!

It’s my fault I should have read the trust pilot reviews, they are accurate re delivery , upselling, refunds , cost me money , time , frustration…never again …

I have neuropathy and I heard about functional aid socks,so I thought I would give them a try and after 2 days my pain had gone

So good I bought some for my sister and my brother in law. Wear them day & night. Wish I had these when I was on my feet teaching all day.

I love these socks they really help with my feet as sometimes they swell. Like you can choose which colour black or white vs & they work the same. Delivery was quick.

I was charged twice for the same transaction yet when reporting to this company they have ignored my communications. Ordered 4 x L/XL, received 2 as ordered and 2 x S/M. When requiring return and refund was informed must send back to China whereas the package came from London UK. Don’t touch Functional Aid!

These socks really do what they claim. My feet have felt so much better since I have had them. Delivery was a bit slow but when I contacted customer service they were quick to respond.

Since wearing the Functional Socks I don’t get the trickling of water sensation down my lower part of my leg anymore which was annoying. The pain in my toes has reduced. The sensation of burning in my ankle has gone too. I am wearing these Functional socks at night only at the moment and they work!

They want refund. I wasn't happy with it. I ordered the socks. I wasn't happy with it. I asked I want to return. The co is in UK they asked me to return it to China I returned and send them proof of postage. They paid in July last year and took money back from my bank today. Bank said they won the case. You really have to follow your money. Like as if you are doing business and also paying someone

Purchased socks for my husband who has trouble with his feet. He loves them. Recently our daughter had foot pain after chemo treatment. I gave her a pair to try and she was very impressed, eased the pain.

SCAM Ordered took ages to arrive from China. for size 4 feet no compression whatsoever. If i want to return it will cost me £11 in post fees, hardly a money back guarantee.

I did have foot problems before but now since wearing these socks no problems, they have even helped me with cramp as I have very poor circulation

They certainly help my feet, but sadly don't take all the pain away. I shall continue to wear them. Thank you.
