Absolutely love this local coffee company. The coffee is consistently excellent—nutty, never burned, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they truly know their craft and care deeply about quality. I live in the area near the function coffee team. And I'm very excited for the coffee shop to open. The other day I was in a desperate coffee situation and I needed some beans, I called them last minute and asked if they have a dark roast available now, and they did and I was able to go and do a porch pickup for some incredible coffee. And they even threw in a sample of their most popular bean. The dark roast that I got is called "it could have been an email", it's an incredible roast. Very smooth and delicious. I'm a purest and only do black coffee so it's hard to find something that's not bitter and this was as close to perfect as you could get. I will be at regular customer when y'all open your doors. Highly recommended.
