John Fontana was absolutely brilliant. I told him once what I needed and what I wanted to do with it and he made it happen for $1200 less per month than I am doing it now. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and well versed he was with all of the different option I had. The underwriting team was fantastic as well. I told them where I would like to be payment wise and they did all they could and got me very close.
