I am not happy with the FunderFlintair website. These people give challenge accounts and then ban them.?And after being offline for three or four months, they say the CEO has changed.

Funding Frontier have best support team and this prop firm is great.

Buenas no recomiendo está empresa , si bien tiene reglas como las mayoría de empresas de fondeo , ahí limitaciones q se vuelven imposibles para los trader poder fondearse , es mi experiencia a nivel personal , te limitan muchos con los lotajes te sacan comisión por los trader tomados y muchas cuestiones , (demoran mucho en responder los mail)

I have purchased an account with funding frontier of 5k instant funded account i trade on it keeping in mind every rule and made a profit of 4 percent everything was good the spreads are good the commission are minimal and trading conditions i would say are best but when it comes to giving payout they sucks i requested my payout on 22nd September i submitted my payout they mailed me back saying that my payout will be processed within 72 business hours I waited for 72 hours but didn't recived my payout after that I mailed their customer support they asked me to do kyc again which I have done earlier but I did it again and after that they asked me to wait for sometime saying that it will be processed shortly but even after two days when I didn't recieved my payout I wrote an review on trustpilot saying about my problem and I gave them 1 star review and I also mentioned that if I recive my payout I will change my review and posted it after 2 hours when the review was uploaded on trustpilot and after an hour i recived my payout then I changed my review on trust pilot and gave them 4 star rating as my personal experience on trustpilot the review take almost 2 hours for uploading but within 2 hours of reciving my payout my account was terminated saying that I am writing false review I wrote what I experienced there I mailed the customer support about it but they simply didn't replied till this date

its a fraud funding firm because I made mistake in 1st phase account but I got 2nd phase account and without mistake I passed 2nd phase and they are telling I made mistake in 1st phase if I made mistake in 1st phase then why did you gave 2nd phase???

Hi everyone, to all my trader friends.

Let me tell you my story about fake and fraud prop firm scam.

I decide to trade in prop firm called funding frontier. I Passed 1 step account in 4days and after that i received an email that i will receive my master account in 3 business days.

I didn't receive anything till 8 business days and I was taking update from them continuously and after 8 days they emailed me that we will do your on call kyc verification on google meet.

My simple point here is if KYC is completed in starting of the account purchase why it's asked again after completing the account. There was no rule written in that. When I did the KYC at the time of purchase - they clearly mentioned that if you do the KYC now - there will be no need to do KYC at the time of payout. They had mentioned no further KYC will be taken further after this.

The mail in which I received this msg to do on call verification was on 29/08/2025. This was also fine - So next day I mailed them that I'm ready to do KYC.

After sometime I received an email which contained google meet link and they mentioned to join in 5 mins otherwise we will reject your KYC.

After joining the link they asked some questions on trading which was not acceptable at all and at the end they rejected the call saying your KYC is rejected.

I did all my hardwork and passed the challenge but at the end i didnt got the account..

Now my question is -

1. Why wasn't it mentioned at the time of purchase or why isn't it mentioned in their rules that after passing the test account there is video verification and we will asking questions about trading.
2. They mentioned that I'll get my account in 3 business days and they took 8 business days and even after that - did this scam.
3. When they mailed me - they clearly threatened me that if you fail to join in 5 mins your KYC will be rejected. How can a person join immediately within 5mins if he's working and also I had to first keep all the documents ready.
4. They weren't ready to speak in HINDI. Which was totally wrong they should ask the preferred language.
5. What is the need of asking trading related questions in KYC verification. In KYC you just need to see the person verify his documents and that's it.
6. Then they immediately ended the call after saying that your KYC is rejected.

I hope everyone understands this - it was totally against their rules and policy. This on call thing was mentioned no where on there website. Additionally they kept me on hold for 8 business days.

They are scammer. They just take the fees and then the people who genuinely pass the challenge they just keep them on hold and find unnecessary reasons to reject their rewards.

Adding one more point - They hang their MT5 when we are into winning trades. When your position is open and is in profit - sometimes your MT5 will stop working it just gets freeze for some time - which is totally unfair. You won't be able to cut your position at that time.

Never trust FUNDING FRONTIER.

Warning about Funding Frontier
I purchased a $5,000 account from Funding Frontier and successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 with a 100% accuracy rate, without violating any rules. After passing, they requested KYC verification, which I completed. Later, they told me I could also verify using another ID card if needed. I followed their instructions and completed the verification with another ID.

However, instead of funding my account, they banned and blocked me, claiming that I used a different ID — even though they themselves allowed and guided me to do so.

Since then, they have ignored all my emails and messages. I have proof of every step — trades, challenge passes, KYC approvals, and communications — and I will attach these here.

Based on my experience, this firm is not trustworthy. I strongly advise traders to avoid them and not waste their time or money.

I want to write honest review about FUNDING FRONTIER i purchased 200k Account from this firm i passed both phases now they are not giving me my payout i have all proves and they are not even responding to my email
