I didn’t find the time to write this review back in November last year when Fund Onion helped me with my business loan, but I feel it’s really important for customers to know this.

My biggest issue was the lack of transparency around fees. On the phone, they repeatedly told me that the lender pays their commission and that I wouldn’t be paying them directly. However, what they don’t clearly explain upfront is that additional arrangement fees and loan completion fees are ultimately added into your loan agreement by the lender meaning you are still paying for it in the end.

I was very disappointed that these fees were not communicated clearly from the beginning. This information should have been made transparent upfront so customers can make informed decisions before proceeding.

Amo was extremely helpful setting out a variety of options for me and ensuring that I was happy and comfortable with the product I was taking out.

I really appreciated his help in funding the next part of my business venture.
