We arranged a call from them and spoke to Joe who was very polite and not at all pushy etc. We arranged for a follow up call which I was unable to take at the time however during the gap in between the paperwork as promised arrived.
We had a look at the paperwork and was happy with what they were provided but we still hadn't made our mind up. Still unsure we left it for now to decide on what we wanted however since then we have received numerous calls, voice mails and emails from the company which in my opinion weren't necessary as we had all the info we needed and obviously if we wanted their services we would be in touch or would have returned the paperwork so what seemed like a nice company to deal with has now left me thinking slightly differently and I am wondering if its really all just about the hard sell. Some people may appreciate being chased up after they have made their approach for information but personally I do not and I like to be left to make my own decision ! seems this company want to help you make that choice by repeatingly calling you

I chose this because I saw how much a basic funeral cost when my Mam died in February this year. She was called Grace so the name stood out. I contacted them and Joe phoned me back. What I really appreciated was he didn’t try to upsell anything. He listened he was kind professional but not stuffy and everything was completed in a blink. I’m much more content as I know my children won’t have to deal with a funeral it’s all sorted exactly as I want it. I chose the 24 months at £65 per month no interest option.

Following the recent passing of a neighbour, I decided to look for prepaid cremation plans.
I found that Grace covered all the needs I may have, and contacted the company.

Leanne answered my questions and I arranged to call her when I had cleared a query with my travel insurance company.
Once completed, I took out the plan for myself, choosing the fully paid option. This was to prevent any stress for the contact I named.

Leanne was the perfect person for me to speak to - professional and yet friendly, dealing with what can be a difficult conversation.

I have already told my contact about Grace, and will certainly recommend them to others in the future.

Leanne was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. The whole experience was very easy to understand and so straightforward to arrange, just what I wanted. If a direct cremation is what you’re looking for I can highly recommend them.

From phone call to completion the process was clear, simple, precise and affordable.
My partner had one first and we thought that because it was transferable to me if I died first I wouldn't want one of my own. But we decided to make things easier for my daughter I should purchase my own.
The cost had risen slightly in the past 5 months but still affordable.
10 minutes talking to a gentleman and it was done.
Now we both can rest assured that my daughter will have no problem when our times come.

Spoke to Luke who was very polite and explained everything in Detail to make sure of what I wanted in a funeral plan i was very happy with everything and went ahead with my plan I had also shopped around before deciding on funerals with grace and I was very happy to choose them thank you Luke for being very patient understanding and caring in our conversation by way of explaining in detail about everything

This is the second time the family have used Funerals With Grace. The first time was not of our choice, this was my dads, he didn't want a big fancy funeral, and wanted a cheaper and simple one, so he found this company.
I contacted them as soon as my dad passed away, using the 24 hours call, they came within (they say 4 hours) but were there within 2, that also gave us the time to say our good bye's and that was fine.
My mum has now chose the same, (she is still with us) hopefully for a long time yet. She was impresses and happy with the care they gave my dad, so she wanted the same, and she wanted to pay it now herself and in full.
I spoke with Luke who was very helpful and understanding. Sent me all the info i needed and it was all clear.

Spoke to customer advisor L over the phone about the packages , asked about the rose package and also asked about Aldershot crematorium, he said that we could have the rose package the I also asked if it would be limited to the 12 people as the crematorium fees included more people than that , he did look and say no restrictions on people numbers there , I said I’d speak to family members and get back to him package cost £999 plus extra £300 for care home collection and a discount of £60 an offer they have at the moment ,I had a follow up call from customer advisor L and I said that is the package we would go ahead with , he sent me the link to pay online also had discussed payment options , I emailed customer advisor L after getting information from the Aldershot crematorium website and sent emails and a follow up email , before customer advisor L called back and said I couldn’t have that package and needed the bluebell package an extra £691 he then said the nearest crematorium for the rose package was 45 miles away in Golders Green , I then phoned and spoke to a different customer advisor L, I’d asked the same qustions I asked customer advisor L she also told me I could have the rose package , when I questioned this she said she would get back to me , and sure enough she came back to me and said it needed to be bluebell plan , I mean if I had paid , how would that conversation of gone … if they can’t get basic information correct they don’t fill me of much hope when it comes to the actual time id need this service , has really made me doubt and question using them, and I urge you todo your own research before clicking the buy button

Maybe if you listen to the calls you can hear the questions that were asked and that the rose package was told was what I needed and then the email was sent through with the details on how to buy

Luke was exceptional in explaining everything regarding Funerals With Grace. He left me feeling very confident that I had made the right choice for me. I would highly recommend this company.

I found a few Funeral places online, and after numerous calls from providers, I found With Grace to be the easiest to communicate with, not pushy like some. I wanted a simple arrangement to my own liking, and Leanne, the lady who contacted me, was very professional and a joy to work with. Her explanation of what they had to offer was easy to understand. She explained the added extras to me if I should need them, Very happy with my choice, Thank you.
