I have just fitted my bathroom unit supplied by Furnewal what a lovely investment piece this is. I can’t rate this company high enough, from the ordering to the delivery totally professional and really helpful as I managed to change my mind a few times. It was always handled with kindness.

Please don’t hesitate to order from these guys they’re amazing. If only all companies could be like this would be less stressful when renovating and a beautiful product at the end what more could you want.

Big thank you to all at Furnewal.

We have bought two Brunswick units and absolutely love them. They are well made, practical, aesthetically timeless and a joy to use.

I love the quartz top which is so easy to keep clean, the spacious draws which hide ugly messy bathroom clutter, and they sit very happily (design-wise) in the bathrooms of our Grade II listed home.

Faultless service. A good, honest product for a decent price. I’d say that we would be back… but we are running out of bathrooms to refurbish! Thanks Furnewal.

Beautifully made vanity, extremely high quality finish, packaged and delivered professionally, and simple and responsive customer service. Thank you!

The product is superb! Made with True craftsmanship and top quality. Every bit of the item was so well packaged and more importantly, protected. It’s not often I give a review but I simply had to acknowledge this product and service. It looks wonderful and I’m immensely happy, Thank you for genuine masters of their trade! An unbelievable level of customer service, outstanding, I couldn’t recommend this company any higher. Their response to our questions was excellent

Furnewal have a very user friendly website with all information readily available and were quick to respond with any questions. They were very helpful with technical information and the whole process was a really nice experience. They also have a really beautifully made product so would thoroughly recommend :)

Really pleased with quality and service from Furnewal. Ordered the Hanover vanity unit, great communication to confirm drawer handles and basin/tap fittings. Good value for money compared with some other options. Delivered 5 weeks later. Lovely small company service.

Fantastic vanity unit from a professional friendly company and the quality of this hand built furniture is beautiful. It’s everything I hoped for and more.
They were so helpful and quick to reply to my initial queries. Thanks Furnewal.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Best communication from a company I’ve ever used! Great consultation throughout to ensure the perfect design. Went the extra mile to ensure our unit (which is phenomenal!) was built ahead of the lead time. Excellent packaging and delivery. A superb company with superb products!

Absolutely thrilled with my vanity unit. Top quality and great craftsmanship. Customer service brilliant too. Whole heartedly recommend this company. A great experience start to finish!

Fabulous small manufacturing company that kindly allowed me to visit their factory in order to finalise the options for my vanity unit. The finished product was beautifully made and of high quality workmanship. Delivered on time and well protected during shipping. Communication with Mic & Tom has been excellent.
It’s sometimes difficult buying expensive products on-line, without being able to see the product first hand but I would highly recommend Furnewal and suggest that you can buy with confidence from them. The product seen at the factory are exactly as seen on line, just maybe more beautiful in reality. A product handmade with love beats a mass produced product any day!

Received nothing but fantastic customer service. As soon as i placed my order i was contacted with an estimated time frame for delivery. I actually received our item 2 weeks early which i absolutely love. Made to perfection.

Beautifully made and will no doubt out last us all.
I'm so glad we chose to have one made rather than buying off the shelf. Will make the bathroom. Thanks so much!!

I can't praise Furnewal enough. We placed an order and got an immediate reply. They care about your order and have excellent customer service with fast replies to emails. The vanity unit we purchased is such good quality - it's a stand-out centerpiece to a bathroom. I highly recommend taking a look at what they can do for you.

Delivery is tomorrow and I’m sure the vanity I ordered will be lovely. Here just to say it was a pleasure dealing with Furnewal. Very helpful and responsive to any questions I had.
I received quick replies and they always keep us up to date on the expect delivery date.

A total dream to engage with, the detail and finish of the final product is incredible. Really lovely company who helped me through the design options. Just great.

Our bathroom cabinet is beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend the company. We are delighted with our furniture and the quality is exceptional.

Excellent product, great communication and excellent delivery service. Highly recommend this company.

Very good quality products and the team were very responsive to any queries I had

Mic and Tom could not have been more responsive and helpful from first contact, through enquiry about second piece, to personal delivery across the country. More to the point we are absolutely delighted with our units and feel that they take our bathrooms to the next level. We are always proud to show them off to everyone getting a “renovation tour”!! We’ve had the units for over a year now (took this long to finish the project!) and they still work beautifully and look like they’ve been here for decades. THANK YOU so much. Ten stars if it was an option!!
