Cancelled my order and then put the product price up considerably on the website. They should have honoured my purchase.

I have bought from the website speding over 500£ and I have not heard from them in a week, despite emails, calls, chat texts that nobody picks up. Unfortunately, looks like the same experience of others here. Eventually, they camw back to confirm that the item was out of stock and no money was taken.

The Furniture was put together well. I love my new wardrobe. They brought it up to the second floor.

Ordered 17/7 not sent. E mailed 27/7 no reply. Chat 28/7 no reply. Phoned left message no reply. Transaction still pending on Klarna 12/8. No communication whatsoever. Told would clear after 14 wkg days but still pending & keeps changing the date on the hold. Have now reported the company & under investigation by ombudsman. STEER WELL CLEAR. I thought as I ordered via Klarna I'd be protected but not the case unfortunately kept being told to contact them as needed confirmation of cancellation.

I ordered some garden chairs and they were stuck at processing for over a week. I tried to contact the company via email and facebook to find out what was going on but got not response. This was very annoying as this not onlyu caused me stress but delayed me ordering alternative chairs. Eventually, I received an email saying they were out of stock and returned my money.

Promptly dealt with a mistake by their courier that delayed my item -send be the new item directly to me the next day . Very quick to reply to my emails alerting if problem and glad it’s been sorted out.Thank you.

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I placed Order #6658 on 19 July and, at the time of writing, I have still received no meaningful communication regarding my order.

This is now my third attempt to contact Furniture Wave. My emails have gone unanswered, I have not been given an update on the status of my order, and I have no idea when, or if it will ever be delivered!

Delays can happen, and most customers understand that. What is far harder to accept is taking a customer’s money and then providing no communication whatsoever.

I chose this company in good faith, but based on my experience so far, I definitely do not recommend them. If the company contacts me promptly and resolves this situation, I will happily update this review to reflect that. Until then, my experience has been extremely poor.

Order not delivered. 3 emails 1 facebook message not answered. Phone number doesn’t work. Appalling company. Probably a one man band masquerading as a company but in reality just drop shipping. Avoid at all costs!

Dont waste your time!! Ordered several days ago, website stated dispatched within 3 days. Tried to contact via email, no response now a week later just get an email order cancelled. No explanation, no communication. Very poor service

I placed the order on 21st June, since then I contacted twice to find out the ETA but no response via email and the mobile number given on the website is out of service.

Absolutely a waste of time trying to deal with this company, you place an order of stock that they allegedly have and they accept your request, your order then spends the next four days being prepared for despatch, you send 4/5 messages asking for an update and then your order is cancelled without any response or explanation whatsoever. This is a real cowboy outfit and deserves all the negativity in the reviews.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order and then received no updates whatsoever regarding delivery. When I attempted to contact the company, the phone number listed on their website was not in service, leaving me with no way to obtain information about my order.

After waiting and hearing nothing, I eventually received an email informing me that my order had been cancelled because they did not have enough stock to fulfil it. This should have been identified before the order was accepted and payment arranged.

Although my payment has been voided, the lack of communication, inability to contact the company, and cancellation after the order was placed have left me with very little confidence in this business. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Furniture Wave at all.

My order still hasn’t arrived ! No communication when placing the order said it would be delivered by Tuesday tracking the order on shop and still stuck on order placed!
