I been waiting for my DMV certificate for 7+ business days

This course is worse than 1 star. The platform is frustrating to use, full of errors, and doesn't even have proper resolution to zoom in the fine print. What a scam

I did the Texas Parent Taught Driver Education, and the whole thing was very annoying to deal with. The learning itself was fine, but I answered too many security questions wrong, because they were very vague, and I didn't think to write down the answers, as I though it wouldn't be a big deal to answer the question wrong. Even after that, I tried taking the final exam, but it kept closing the page and taking an attempt. I don't know why it didn't work. They also require my documentation of driving hours, which honestly is ridiculous, as it is the DMV who requires those forms, and I see no reason that they would need it, as it's not their job to check that. They also made it seriously difficult to submit and made me resubmit multiple times, and said I had to do more night driving hours, because I started them at 8:30, but the sunset at 8:36. I would recommend another service for getting your licence.

So this sucks, it's a scam and nothing more. On Wednesday 6/17/2026 it had stated my Florida Driver Education Traffic Safety course had 2 days to be completed before expiring. However, the day after, Thursday 6/18/2026 it had magically expired on 6/18/2026 3:47 pm. The day after, Friday, I contact customer service, stating that their shitty interface led me on to believe a false truth, they wouldn't budge to maybe spare some sympathy or extend it, rather they made linked me to a website where I had to pay $25 for the course????????? Not only that but the course is egregiously bad, and its a laughing stock cause it was so easy to tell it was just made by ChatGPT or AI 😂😂. It was my father who payed for the course and got scammed of his money due to your misleading and bad interface, probably made by AI or a toddler.

Scam!!! Never reported my Florida barber certification hours to the state.I had to take the course over with a reputable company...

While the online training is good the customer service is horrible. Ihave been going back and forth with Certus trying to purchase more maintenance training. I ask for maintenance training and the send me a link for safety training. Get it together or I will take my business elsewhere.

Negative stars! This company is a scam! They say they will mail your physical OSHA card but it never arrives so then they tell you to purchase a replacement for $60! Complete scam.

Worst experience ever. This Company is a total scam. They make the experience so user-unfriendly and so uncomfortable with an annoying security checkpoint every couple of minutes-- that you will end up so frustrated that you will likely just quit the course. If you make any mistake, they will make you start over. Absolutely do not recommend. Stay sway from this company at all cost.

I was almost done with my course and I couldn't get back in . Star who was helping me we tried for 45 min and nothing worked. I said I need to finish today they said they couldn't help me and that I needed to start all over again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!

What was supposed to be a 5 hour course turned into 10 hours of glitches and frozen screens.

Don’t do it! Software was complete crap from attempted start to no finish. Error messages routinely fill screen when trying to access course or return to main page. Software is a complete hack job. Customer service and support is MIA. Don’t do it!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! They have no customer service. This is the worst company I have worked with in a long time. They did not mail the certificate needed for the insurance reduction after completion of the course. I gave them an extra 14 days. When I called, they did not have a direct way to access customer support. When I did access customer support, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. I said that I expected expedited delivery because of how long it has taken them to comply with their advertised timeline. All I got was an email that it would take another 14 days. I've reported them to the BBB. I will also be contesting the charge for the course with the credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!

The app is not designed for mobile devices. You can’t do full screen, and many of the buttons are non-responsive. You spend more time navigating the screen to try to see all of it and then you do absorbing content. It’s a really poorly designed app.

Thieves. I paid for a "Complete 7-year driving record." They charged me around $30, sent me a very incomplete record. Their website bot said "Sorry - Go to the DMV to get your complete record" I demanded a refund. Their computer bot refused. What a friggin' ripoff company!

Drivers course is a scam. First you need to read the fine print, despite the course being offered online, they don’t allow you to access your certificate upon completion. Then when you inquire, they tell you you’ll receive it in 7-10 business days. Then, when you don’t get it then, they tell you 14 business days. It is all a scam to get you to pay rush shipping. AVOID!

Florida law requires traffic schools to upload Certificate of Completion to the E-filing system which tells the clerk of court the course has been completed. These people do not. Because they did not my license was suspended and i had to resolve the issue myself. also, their customer service SUCKS.

Scam. Over 6 hours into their 4 hour program with no end in sight. Liars.

Its a scam, this company is out of India, do not give your banking info nor any info of you or your children, Its a scam, you can ask for your money back by contacting your bank

First issue, was it kept trying to restart my time. I read all the videos and I had 11 mins so I vacuumed until I could take my quiz. Apparently it timed out and made me start all over. It did this various time throughout the entire thing. Almost like j had to keep moving my phone or touching buttons to keep it on. Weird, not my fault i was able to read fast. First time in my life. Lol. Then the last quiz came super fast and I didnt know. So as i was about to leave the house and finish later. It starts the quiz with no warning and says if i end it, I will get a zero and have to redo. Then i go to pay my fine and they sont have the form. I completed mine on 5th due to them having site issue and it will be unavailable after 5th. So i had to scram to get it done while sick when i had til 12th. Fine. Then court says i need documentation to close case. I the realize. I have to pay another $10 for the document showing completed the course. Con after con. Just tell someone the price so we are aware before we start. What if someone didn’t have that $10 to get it! And their chat doesnt work.
