Superb experience - unparalleled! I had a question about an item and called the landline and the call was answered straight away and the gentleman went out to the warehouse to check the measurements of the item. Later i decide to add another item once the order was already placed and the lady who answered immediately, sorted it all out adding the additional item to the order. Then the package was sent DHL which is always a bonus and arrived the next day... I ordered bird feeder items, but see that they also do hydroponics which i am also into and they will be my first port of call in future... Thanks...
Customer service is on strike or on holiday or just cant be bothered

I ordered my products on a Sunday and specifically paid for next day delivery and expected the order on the Tuesday ready for my pre booked day off to spend at my allotment. Everything was stating delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday around 2pm came and I had no kind of notification from Parcelforce. The tracking was still showing that my order was at their depot. I called and spoke to Danielle, at first, she was good. She then told me that she would keep me updated as it may be out for delivery later in the afternoon. I wasn't kept updated and my order didn't arrive. The order arrived on the Wednesday around 11.30am. I had emailed this company asking for a refund of my delivery as what i had paid for was not fulfilled and not to mention the fact my day wasted waiting for this to arrive. Danielle's customer service leaves nothing to be desired and seems as though she picks and chooses when and if to respond to emails. I called them Friday to find out what was going on as I wanted a refund on my delivery fee to be told she had clocked off for the day and would be told to respond today. Bare in mind, I was waiting on a response from Wednesday still. I received an email this morning stating that i was only going to get a partial refund as it was delivered within 3 days from my order. But not next day. I have no doubt that they will have asked for a delivery fee refund from Parcel force themselves also.

Rubbish product & response
I bought a tuffhoze, thought paying extra this would last, bought in November, has already split, apparently because its stored on a reel, which when used the hose is fully extended, also removed and put inside during frost, refused a refund as was not supposed to be on the reel, absolutely disgusted

Was my First time order from them yesterday, goods arrived in under 24 hours of purchase and at a great price with free postage. Considering I used another "big" hydroponics company last Tuesday to order the same items that still haven't arrived yet, already told my friends to give them a go, I think I'll be using this company more often.

Star performance
Tried to place an order on Thursday 07/09/23, but unfortunately as I was going through the payment process i lost my internet connection, when I managed to get back on i kept getting an error code and was unable to proceed, I emailed future gardens and explained the issue, i received a reply nearly instantly, after a short conversation with Danielle and she made some enquires, the fault seemed to be my end. To help progress my order she offered to raise an invoice and i could pay through paypal as normal. When I returned to their site I found the error had gone, so I was able to place my order as usual. Would just like to say Danielle went over and above to see the order placed, a credit to the company, thankyou very much for your help.

Recently made a purchase from your Chelmsford store. Fantastic deal. Came into a slight issue. Matt was more than helpful in rectifying the issue. Their Chelmsford store is a little gem. My go to store!
Poor service
Ordered some plant pots and paid for next day delivery. Tracking showed as in parcel force depot for 3 days. Rang Future garden and was told by Danielle that she would ring parcelforce and get back to me, she didn't bother. Rang next day to be told she couldn't get through to them (nice to have let me know) said she'd try again today. I said don't bother, I'll just have a refund. She then told me I could have one once the package had been refused at the door! Chance would be a fine thing to get it to the door in the 1st place! Her attitude was crap! Rang back directly and spoke to a 'manager' who said he'd get onto the refund right away. We'll wait and see what happens with that.

No emails or phone calls to let me know it would be late. 2 days after purchase It hasn't arrived she lied, tried phoning several times several extensions no answer from any department. Avoid at all costs waste of time and worthless staff that lie, will be awaiting my refund
Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer Service received from Danielle. Had a problem with a product I purchased about 9 months ago, so emailed Future Gardens and within hours Danielle had arranged to send me a replacement product the next day and for me to return my faulty product at my earliest convenience with her arranging collection. Cannot fault the customer experience on any level and the prices on the website are really competitive. Highly recommended in my opinion - thank you Danielle!

They quote free delivery over £50 but what they don't tell you is that this is only if the order total weight does not exceed 30kg. The product I wanted to buy did not give the weight anywhere so don't get caught out at the checkout!
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Danielle S on customer service was very rude and didnt arrange what she told me she had. I phoned the followig day to chase up faulty item replacement and was met with obnoxious rude behaviour, when i asked for the complaint procedure i was given incorrect email address. Proved to be a dishonest business!!!

My Oder was rejected because of a bank issue their end so I didn’t get the goods I wanted. I had to contact them to discover there was an issue.
My bank approved the transaction and there was plenty of funds available. Can’t recommend from my experience.
