The team have always been supportive and any questions answered within 24 hours. Always on hand for any additional support and make sure you understand any tasks asked of you. With a WhatsApp group available, if you want to join, you can communicate with other like-minded individuals on the course and seek guidance from them too.

Excellent tutor support and communication
I did quite a challenging course and wouldn't have got through it without the excellent support and guidance from my tutor. The tutor was always available to clarify any issues I had and his feedback on my assignments was detailed and constructive. Huge thanks to my tutor at Future Step Education!

Stuart and his team are very patient and tolerant when it comes to making sure that their students are completely at ease and prepared for the course that they are about to take.
