I did a bit of research on 3D DTF stickers as a way of creating personalised water bottles for my grandkids, I decided to take a punt on Future Transfers and I'm glad I did. I have taken photos of my grandkids playing their respective sports, pushed it through AI to get the art type I want and then did a bit of editing in Inkscape. I can then, using the tools on Future Transfer's website, build an A4 sheet with the images I want, at the size I want, and submit it for printing. The order goes through and often they are sent the same day, which is superb. I use the Royal Mail option and they are usually here with a couple of days. The last order I did arrived the next day! I then carefully apply the stickers to their water bottles and the quality and adhesion is amazing. Bright vibrant colours and no edges lifting at all, not even after multiple washes and the inevitable 'chucking' of the water bottle as the kids get to training and games. What I would say is keep the stickers to a manageable size, I attempted to do a bottle wrap for my first sticker and although the adhesion was great I got a lot of wrinkles. Probably due to my poor applying of the sticker but when I contacted Customer Support to see if I should use a heat gun\hair dryer to get the wrinkles out, I was advised against it as it wasn't really meant for that and I may damage the sticker. The only problem is, now I am getting requests to make other kids bottles as they look so good!

This company has been nothing but helpful and kind. From helping with my initial enquiries to producing time and time again excellent DTF transfers sheets. Colour and print has been fantastic with excellent turn around times.

I have ordered 4 times now from this company, each time the service and product has been brilliant, I ordered yesterday and the stickers arrived today. Cant complain about that. Excellent service, when I have phoned to ask about placing a repeat order the staff have always been helpful.

My first time I placed an order on this website I realised I had ordered a UVDTF sheet instead of DTF. I IMMEDIATELY messaged their customer service team within seconds of placing the order to tell them can I please either change my order to DTF or cancel it. I received an email back after hours saying “sorry your order is in production now and can’t be changed. You can order a DTF sheet here.” So I basically threw away money, even though I messaged them IMMEDIATELY after placing an order on their site! Yes it was my fault I agree, but the fact they could see the time stamps in which I ordered and then contacted them, how it was seconds apart, yet they did nothing to help me at all just shows how awful their customer service is. So now I have literally thrown money away because I cannot use the huge sheet of UVDTF I ordered because I have no purpose for it, I needed DTF for bags that my customers have pre-ordered on my store, which I now have to find extra money for to buy a DTF sheet from another company. Absolutely terrible customer service and policy.

Bought UV 3D stickers from FutureTransfers—really please with the colours very vibrant, and my logo is a real pop-out. Went super well on my water bottles and laptop without problem. Customer service was fantastic, and delivery was quick. Slight color change on one of the stickers, but oh well, it's okay. Love 'em overall definitely will order again. Recommend A++

never ever again will order any dtf or anything from this company bad customer service going on and on never nothing sorted they dont care about people what they care is just grab your money and never mind anything else so I just wasted money for nothing no just this there are not so helpful I dont think they ever read properly customer more no read properly email they dont care I have enough now I am going with somebody else who care and no just took money and dont care about anything else
