Urgent Alert: Official Complaints Against FXPrimus for Improper Confiscation of Capital
Yesterday I finalized my complaints to all the competent authorities (CySEC, FSCA, VFSC and Financial Ombudsman) regarding the arbitrary confiscation of my capital by FXPrimus.
In the complaints, I made clear the amount of over $10,000 subtracted under an unfounded and hypocritical justification that ignores the company's own terms of agreement. The brokerage firm attempts to manipulate contractual interpretations to validate what, in practice, is the misappropriation of a principal deposit.
I repeat: today the target is my capital, tomorrow it could be yours. FXPrimus's behavior raises serious doubts about its financial health; if $10,000 is enough to force the company to violate its own terms and risk its licenses, we are facing a financially fragile institution with predatory conduct.
Leave them as soon as possible, as they are an entity without governance and with very low operational reliability.

The Company notes your latest public statements and reiterates that our previous response remains in full force and effect and duly applies to this matter.
As previously communicated, the actions applied to your account followed a detailed internal investigation conducted by the Company’s Risk Management team, which identified technical and transactional links between your account and other accounts associated with activity deemed to be in breach of the Client Agreement and the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
The Company categorically rejects the allegations made against it, including any suggestion of unlawful conduct, bad faith, or financial instability.
While you are entitled to submit complaints to any authority you deem appropriate, the Company remains fully prepared to provide the relevant records, technical evidence, account access history, and investigation findings to the appropriate regulatory bodies or competent forums so that the matter may be reviewed in its full and proper context.
For confidentiality and regulatory reasons, the Company does not generally disclose detailed account investigation materials publicly. However, the Company reserves all rights in relation to false, misleading, or defamatory statements that misrepresent the factual and contractual position.
Therefore, and based on the aforesaid, please note that we shall be forced to divulge such information should you continue this defamatory behavior.

I have had super bad experiences with other forex brokers eg. USG etc until I come across FXPrimus. I have been with them for 5 years and I seriously do not understand why are there bad reviews on them here. I've never had issues with withdrawals and it was very fast. Customer service was great too. They are one of the best and seriously under-rated forex brokers in this market. Hope they can ramp up their marketing and I would love to see them succeed. They definitely deserve it.

Asked for Impossible Documents, Ignored My Withdrawal Request
I traded on FXPrimus and when I requested a withdrawal, the platform demanded documents such as a criminal record certificate or a bankruptcy certificate. These are unreasonable requirements that are impossible for an ordinary trader to provide.
I even tried to clarify this issue, but despite my repeated attempts to communicate, FXPrimus has not given me any reply. My funds are still stuck, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I would warn other traders to be very cautious, as the platform creates unnecessary obstacles when you try to withdraw your own money.
