Ich habe auf G2A.com einen Fortnite Account für 450€ gekauft. Der Account hat nicht funktioniert und weder der Verkäufer noch G2A antworten mir. Ich habe zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt aber würde jedem da draußen empfehlen auf einer anderen Seite zu kaufen.

VORSICHT!!!
Ich habe zwei Erfahrungen mit der Firma, beide negativ. Zuerst habe ich dort Portal für Steam als Key gekauft, wobei mir vorgeschlagen wurde, direkt auch den zweiten Teil zu kaufen. In der Erwartung, für dieses Spiel ebenfalls den Key zu bekommen, habe ich zugestimmt und stattdessen die Daten für einen Account mit dem Spiel erhalten.
Vorgestern hatte ich diese Interaktion bereits vergessen und bin über ein Portal wieder an diese Firma weitergeleitet worden. Diesmal habe ich Prototype für Xbox gekauft und konnte den Key nicht aktivieren - auch nicht via VPN über Frankreich oder Großbritannien, trotz EU-Code. Die Mitarbeiter im Service Chat haben mich eine Stunde lang Screenshots von verschiedensten Menüs und Anzeigen machen lassen und mir anschließend gesagt, ich würde per E-Mail kontaktiert. Die E-Mail verwies wiederum auf einen Chat, in dem ich mein Problem erneut schildern musste (inklusive meiner Versuche, das Produkt über VPN über Verbindungen aus anderen Ländern zu aktivieren), woraufhin die erste Frage des Supports war, ob ich es schon mal mit einer Aktivierung über VPN versucht habe. Deutlich mein Missfallen ausdrückend bat ich um eine andere Lösung und höre seitdem nichts mehr. Im Chat kommt keine Nachricht zurück und im Portal der Firma steht in meinen Account-Infos, dass meinerseits keine Serviceanfragen besteht. Die Beträge, um die es hier geht, sind nicht weltbewegend, nichtsdestotrotz finde ich diese Verhalten absolut unseriös - du springst stundenlang durch die Reifen, die sie dir hinhalten und hast nichts davon.
Update 05.05.26: Der Verkäufer hat mich per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass es sich um einen EU-Code handelt und dass ich es mit einer VPN versuchen soll. Es ist, als würde man gegen eine Wand reden. Könnte ich 0 Sterne vergeben, würde ich es an dieser Stelle tun.
