DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. NO RETURNS POLICY OR PROCESS. THEY KEEP ASKING FOR PHOTOS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS....VERY DODGY! ZERO STARS! REPORTED!

AVOID!! Ordered 4 tshirts from them, none fit so I got in contact to send back and get a refund. THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Even though this is not stated on their website. Offered me 15% off my next purchase instead. Jokes. I am now out of £60 and have 4 useless tshirts.

Took ages to get the shirts. Now that I have them, I’m so disappointed. Cheap materials and the sizing is completely off. I wear a small, but order large and it fits like an extra small.

My experience is very similar to the previous experiences:
I ordered among others the women's jean shorts which unfortunately were one size too big. So I contacted the customer service asking for a return label. They asked me to verify that it's their product (seriously?!) just to tell me FIVE !!! days later that they don't support returns! (Excuse me?!?! Why are you wasting my time then??!?) Instead they offered me a coupon!! This is just ridiculous... #nowordsleft

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT ON MORE LEGIT WEBSITES IF POSSIBLE. This company needs to be shut down. Their whole "refund" policy is BS. They tell you to email for return/refund and then refuse to give you a refund. They ask for pictures and then turn around and try and tell you that you must not have read sizing correctly or that there are different options to styles in which there are NOT! Then they want you to keep the product but offer you 10% coupon for more of their crappy product. When that isn't acceptable they want to offer you a whopping 5% refund! This whole website and customer service is a disgrace! When I ask for a refund/return that's what I want. Simple as that. I should not have to send pictures and argue with customer service or be told that I didn't read something that is clearly NOT anywhere in the description of the item.

I purchased 2 shirts and when they arrived I was not happy with the shirts. I did not like the fit of the shirts and tried to get a refund. When I emailed they were not understanding and ultimately refused a refund saying the sizes were what I ordered. Be very hesitant when ordering from them because if you need to communicate with customer service they are not helpful or professional when it comes to unsatisfied shoppers.

This place is a scam. I ordered one sweater and it was good condition fit as it should so I order another and it was such poor quality. It was evident the print was a rip off. I ordered the exact same hooodie as the first one and the one I recieved was twice the size of the first order. Its been almost two months of back and forth with the customer service department about getting a refund.

Ordered one sweatshirt and one T-shirt back in February. Still have not received package, and when I contacted them they automatically updated my tracking information to say package received and signed for, then suggested that I ask my family what they did with it! I have sent multiple emails and multiple attempts to get an answer as to how I can get a refund. No help, no answers, no regard to customers at all. Poor, crappy business. Do not waist your time or money, and spread the word that this site and "business" is a scam and will just steal from the customers.

Do not waste your hard earned money with this company!! No returns/refunds/exchanges!! I have 4 shirts I cannot wear due to sizing issues and they suggested I donate to a friend or relative & they can offer 10% off more merchandise 🫡 Support a busIness that cares about their customers because Gabely is jenky AF

Shocking company selling incorrect sizes I paid over $80 for 3 large size shirts (I am a size medium) all 3 shirts were tiny XS sizes!
When I emailed them and tried to return them and they were so rude saying just give them to a friend and wouldn’t help me! Do not trust them or buy their products they are scammers and doing the wrong thing by everyone!!

I ordered 4 shirts from this company for two different people, and took our measurements and ordered according to their size chart. NONE of them fit and were at least 2 sizes too small despite the sizing on the labels. I requested a return and was asked to send photos of the shirts not fitting, which I did. Even after that, they would not accept a return and instead wanted me to buy more items from their store with a “discount code”. Why would I want to do that after this experience?! A total SCAM.

Please be aware the sizing is way off and they are cheaply made. The printing is like a thick vinyl sticker that is going to crack and peel. Also, I ordered one shirt but they charged me for 2. I did receive 2. They were on sale so no returns. I ordered 2X. The 2X is the size of a normal T-shirt Small/Medium.

I ordered a t-shirt on this website 2 weeks ago, already paid for everything, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation of my order. Also don't bother contacting them, because no one will answer. And even if you get an answer it is a standard autoreply in very poor English that doesn't make any sense or is remotely related to the question you were asking.

No one is helping me and my money is gone. SCAM!
