Awful!!
Awful!!! Paid for insurance then when my phone breaks they say the docume is for proof of ownership are not good enough. A recipt off samsung and a copy of my finance on the phone apparently isn't proof of ownership!! Waste of money paying them every month and now I'm still left to pay £340 privately to have the screen repaired!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

AVOID terrible service
I would give no stars if it was an option. Paid premium insurance for 2 years, damaged screen on phone and they want to take phone for 2 weeks for a "possible" repair. Not having phone for 2 weeks is not an option for me. No alternatives were offered and staff were very rude on phone. Recommendation is to avoid, this service was a waste of my money.

I don't recommend it at all
I don't recommend it at all, I insured my son's laptop, it sopped charging and they said they don't cover it, because it is a breakdown not a an accidental damage. I have been paying premium for more than 12 months, and I think I paid more than the price of the laptop.
Simply put, it is a rip off, avoid.

If you feel that your claim was not settled fairly, you can always appeal this decision with the claims company.

Made a claim in April for my daughters…
Made a claim in April for my daughters school laptop, they sent me a link to pay the excess which won't work, it's now August they still haven't fixed the technical issue I cannot pay this as it an issue there side so I'm still paying my monthly fee but cannot get my laptop repaired . I have requested to transfer the money getting no where with this company. Extremely frustrating.
