Initial order processing took a few days. But once done and items sent I got paid out exactly what was offered. Genuine company and trustworthy.

Update: After posting my review I almost immediately heard from Gadget Mill and the transactions are now complete and the money in my Bank.

I attempted to sell four items in two ‘baskets’. Both on hold for ten days so far and zero response to emails

Quick and transparent, I sent in a couple of devices including an apple watch 6 series and got the full amount offered. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Went through the selling process on the website. Got an email from gadget mill saying my order was on hold pending "review". 10 days later no further response. Gave up and sold to another site. Smells a bit scammy to me, don't waste your time.

Don't bother selling anything on the website. I was trying to sell something and they told me I would receive an Email in 24 hours explaining how I can send it to them, however after 1 week they never sent me an Email. I tried contacting them but they are just ignoring me now. It has been 3 weeks since I tried to sell 1 item and they will not respond to any Email I send them. So waste your time here.

I sent an iPod that I thought was working but was told it wouldn't switch on. Offered 50p for it, I asked if they would consider paying a little more to cover my postage of £1.05. Well they upped the price to £2.00 which covered any packing as well. Great service, recommend and I'll use them in the future.

Sent in a few iPods, paid fairly quickly, kept in comms throughout responding to my email. Can't complain, great service.

7 days later, my order is still on hold despite an estimated 24 hour response time.

Having contacted Gadget Mill directly to follow up (as per their advice), my email has gone unanswered.

Seems the company is no longer interested which is a shame as a great concept.

Simple, seamless experience trading in my no longer wanted item.

I sent my order in 3 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for a response. I phoned to ask what the hold up was and a lady said she would get somebody to contact me, still haven’t heard anything. Obviously they don’t want the custom and I shall go elsewhere.

Update:
Gentleman from Gadget Mill contacted me by email and explained the circumstances as to why my order had not been responded to. I eventually posted in my items and my order was eventually processed and the money forwarded to my bank account.
After the initial hiccup, the service was great and a prompt payment.

Processed an order, got an email telling me my order was on hold and that a member of the team would be in touch within 24 hours for the next steps on progressing the sale. No contact within 24 hours, so I emailed as the original email advised, no response gained.

10/05/21 Updated - The Director of the company contacted me and explained the circumstances as to why my experience hadn't been its usual service. I have now sent my items to them and look forward to providing a final update.

14/05/21 - I sent the parcel via DPD, make sure you add the relevant insurance. The parcel arrived late afternoon 12/05/21 and by 20:00 on 13/05/21 the order had been processed and payment made and in my account that evening.

COVID is what caused the initial delay but after that the team (and Director) showed what their normal service is like. They also kept me updated.

Placed an order to sell my Apple Watch 14 days ago and received an email stating I’ll be contacted in 24 hours. That didn’t happen. I’ve chased twice in the last two days where I got through to someone at reception. I was told that “my messages are getting through to them and whether or not someone responds is a different matter”. They did give me the best quote for my watch but I’m now going to go elsewhere as I can’t really wait any longer.
