I never received my expensive iPhone, and the vendor has refused to liaise with the delivery company despite the legal requirement to protect the buyer. I’ve had to chase everything myself only to discover that the parcel has likely been lost. I am still waiting for my refund, and Amazon has not been particularly helpful either. Please avoid this supplier at any cost — the whole experience feels like a major scam.

This seller or store not look like genuine, bought Samsung Galaxy S20 took payment in advance on amozan £148.. delivery delivery by the Thursday not delivered the item not connect me nor refund me yet.. how amozan allow such person or store whose can't fulfillment customer demand or supply customer order on time.. amozan itself well known and Quick responsibility company I don't know what's type of seller on amozan,,

Ordered a Samsung S20 which arrived ok but 6 weeks later stopped working. Sent it back and received a replacement which doesn't even start up.
Have asked for my money back, total waste of time.

Scammers stay well away returned phone in same condition I got it due to a software fault only offered me 70% of refund value saying it was damaged crack on back of phone and it was my responsibility to package it correctly what they didn't know was I took pictures and videos of phone and packing were I rapped it in foam packaging and placed it in a spare phone box I had .disgusting people stay away from thease scammers .

Total scam said they sent airpods via royal mail threatening to send police to my neighbours as they said they had been delivered there they had not postman put note through letterbox stating he had left them in entry at side of house they customers service just make up pure rubbish I have never left a bad review in my life but iam only doing it now hoping no one will buy off these clowns

Cancelled my order after 7 days because it was not available in the warehouse.

I wouldn't have mind having my order cancelled after one or two days. But I was expecting the item to arrive this week (based on the delivery time when I bought it) and instead I'm going on holidays without it.
