I’m giving it 2 stars because I like that it’s one of the few gaming apps that pays out your money instantly, even though it charges a fee. Overall, however, the ratio between what you play and what y... Mehr ansehen

Hi Nicholas,
We understand. A session that goes cold after a strong start is frustrating. We do not control outcomes. Each game runs exactly as its certified studio built it, and an independently certified RNG decides every result. Results swing both ways over a short stretch. That is variance, not a setting on our end.
Awesome platform
Very easy platform, quick payouts. Probably now my new favorite platform to play.

Hi Jason,
Thank you for the review, and we're glad the money landed in your Venmo so fast. We aim to keep redemptions instant like that. On the limit and the charge, those are what let us pay most redemptions right away rather than batching them, and we review them regularly against player feedback, which we've passed along to the team.

Hi Zuriel,
Thank you for saying it plainly. A session that never seems to land is no fun to sit through. The games come from their providers exactly as certified, outcomes are random, and we have no way to steer them for or against any player. That is cold comfort mid-slump, but it is the truth of it. We have passed your feedback along to the team. If any game seemed to misbehave rather than just run cold, support can look at the rounds with you.

Gameplay deceptive
Gameplay deceptive. Sometimes the bonus hits. Then goes days on end with pots full and no bonus

Antwort von Gains.com
Hi Timothy,
We understand the frustration, and a run that goes cold with the bonus just not landing takes the fun out of it fast. Every result comes from an independently certified RNG on settings we do not touch. Short stretches can run far below or above the long-run average, and a rough one is variance, not a switch on our end. We have passed your feedback along to the team. If any game seemed to misbehave rather than just run cold, support can look at the rounds with you.

Hi Jarvis,
We understand the frustration, and a run where wins feel rare takes the fun out of it fast.
