Homemade Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky Our story begins in the backwoods of middle Georgia. For generations, our family has been cooking amazing dishes in nontraditional manners. From fish fries to chicken ques, whole hogs buried in the ground to goat on the fire-pit, we know how to eat good, no matter the format. About 25 years ago, our owner and CEO devised a marinade recipe, with help from his cousin and uncle, and since that time has honed and perfected it to a quality unseen in other jerky across the world. From cooking on a concrete and firebrick pit smoker to the rotisserie smokers of today, we have found a way to create the best jerky on the planet for all. Family tradition, local wood and, of course, local GA beef sets us apart from any of the competitors. Liquid smoke and dehydrators are blasphemy around these parts. Reggie took a phone order for me, since I am not so computer savvy. He was friendly, genuine, and very helpful. My product arrived quickly, just in time for Easter baskets. I have been ordering jerky from Gajerk for a couple of years now for birthdays, Christmas and Easter. My husband and son would be crushed if they did not get it!

Y’all shipped the beef jerky very fast, and it was packaged nice and tight so the product didn’t get damaged. Very professional! I already liked your beef jerky after buying it in person. Now I know I can reliably order it online as well!
