The site is so glitchy it is impossible to play here. Constantly crashing, freezing, unable to play any kind of game. They really need to sort their tech out, it's a joke. This is a big company, surely they can afford to employ someone to fix this site.

Absolutely avoid. Wanted to close accounts someone called me tried to convince me to just take cooling period, no close it. I have been banned and suspended more times for stupid things, said in a comment sick of feeding the wheel, suspension, said I had my last few fun funds pennies left, suspension again.
Had a deposit limit of £40 they phoned to try for me to increase to £100.. no close my account.. so much drama no fun no great experience. Not somewhere I will be going ever again, ladbrokes are affiliated with them they are just as bad can't officially close account for 7 years..

When I first joined this site it wasn't too bad, you would deposit play and lose but sometimes you would win and withdraw a little. After the last time I was able to make a little withdrawal over a week ago, every single game since across their 3 websites just suddenly dead spins me and consumes my balance quickly and now features rarely drop.
