Scammers

Scammers. Cheap ass sh** that ripped apart in a week. No answers from the customer service. Return policy is scam. That thing doesnt even exist there. 10x overpriced piece of a sh**.

Scam site

Scam site , order took weeks to get here from China and when it arrived it was poor quality and can be bought direct from SHEIN.com for €2.

Impossible to return order.

Order the item which took longer to arrive than stated. The item was average and not well made.
I've asked 3 times for an address to return this to an now being ignored.
Not great customer service at all.
Would recommend.

OK - but needs work

OK, I was worried by the reviews here, after I bought a new strap.

I even bought a "just in case" strap elsewhere.

But this Galaxystraps strap did eventually arrive.

So this isn't a scam. They just aren't particularly good at business.

Rubbish

I ordered the same product twice from this company. The first never arrived, to be fair they processed a refund and I reordered, but the second one took over the suggested 5-10 business days and turned up as an awful tacky phone case and not the watch strap as I ordered? Customer Service take so long to respond, I've had to chase up to get a response and wonder if I'm even going to get a refund for this product. No contact number on the website, just an email address which takes days and days to respond. Shocking

Apologies for the misunderstanding

Dear Alex,

Apologies for the misunderstanding. Due to lack of communication, possibly due to some technical issues, I was led to believe that galaxystraps.com is a SCAM. But, I definitely can say that it's not and it's a GENUINE company and a reliable one. Therefore I am retracting my previous post/comments and giving you a 5 * as you deserve this. I received the email from Ruth yesterday and explanation from you today. In fact I felt a bit embarrassed after knowing that you did attempt to communicate with me. However, I think you should look into the ways to improving communication with your customers. May be text messaging the customers and updating them with the progress of their order as I did not receive any of your earlier emails or invoice or proof of purchase and I did check my email's spam folder. I know it may be a challenge doing this but if this could be done using some automated technology, it will boost your sales and customer satisfaction. You have a very well laid out website and I wish you all the success you deserve in your business. I will definitely buy products again from you.

I'm sorry for the confusion.

Your order was placed on 24th April and an email was sent to 'drpiyush68@hotmail.com' immediately. The item was shipped on 27th April, after which a second email was sent to this email address.

We didn't receive a bounce backs so have assumed it was received. We have since received no direct emails from you, but rather two enquiries through the contact form. Ruth in our customer service team then sent a further two emails to this email address.

Your Royal Mail tracking number is QP008768730GB. As you'll see from the latest update, the item is currently (as of 6th May at 12:08am) at Swansea Mail Centre and is due to be delivered today or tomorrow.

I hope, upon receiving the strap, you'd be willing to change the review above. We have over 5,000 happy customers and are a genuine company, so the comments are hurtful.

If the email address you provided is correct, please check your junk items folder and I'm sure all of our emails are in there.

Sorry once again for the confusion, and any inconvenience caused.

This is a review for Huaweistraps.com (part of Galaxystraps.com?)

This is a review for Huaweistraps.com. I have been searching high and low for contact details for a company called Huaweistraps.com which operates from the same postal address as Galaxystraps.com. Their websites are identical apart from the fact they sell watch straps for different brands and with very similar sales pitches. There is no phone number. Their email address doesn't work and if you try to use it , your message is returned as undeliverable. I ordered a Huawei strap on 26th February costing £17.99 and apart from an acknowledgment have heard nothing since. This is beginning to look like a SCAM. The money has been taken from my bank account and rather confusingly the payment reference is to 'SP * APPLE STRAPST LONDON' whatever that means. I have tried to contact them twice using their internal mail contact form and as yet no reply from that either. I'd now just like my money back so that I can go to a real and reputable company. No doubt I'm going to have to raise this as a 'goods not delivered problem' with my bank and that will take forever to be resolved. Can't believe I've allowed myself to be taken in by what now looks like a SCAM.

I'm incredibly sorry about this.

Our Huawei Straps site was not meant to be live (which is why the customer service was disabled). I've just checked, and the site infrastructure has been live (we thought we'd disabled it), and unfortunately some sales have been processed through it. I've just processed a full refund for you - and you should receive confirmation of this - and we've disabled the website.

Scam Scam! Do not use!
Strap never arrived. No contact number, address, or email on website. Had to raise dispute with my card provider for a refund

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We've checked the order tracking and it was returned to sender. We'll absolutely take the blame, but we're having issues with Royal Mail at the moment and this isn't an isolated case.

A full refund has just been processed to you and I'm very sorry once again.

Your experience with us didn't start well as you didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation. We've checked, and this was due to you inputting an incorrect email address (there was a typo). I'm sorry for the additional distress this caused, and I can understand how this led to your distrust of us.

I can assure you and others we're not a scam company. We've had over 1000 happy customers in the main and, whilst not perfect, we're improving in a number of ways. We now have a deducted Customer Support Assistant (Ruth) who will monitor and respond to any communications we receive. We find the contact form easier for us to triage enquiries now Ruth is on-board, but we'll look into activating our email address again.

We haven't been proactively asked our happy customers for reviews on Trustpilot, but we'll be doing that in due course so prospective customers get a balanced view, but I am very sorry we've fallen down against our standards in your specific case - we're absolutely at fault.

No customer service and slow delivery times

This company is very slow with delivery and doesn't respond to any messages when you try and contact them to check on status or cancel your order.

I messaged them twice trying to cancel the order and got no reply to either.

The contact button on the website uses a noreply email address.

I obtained better Galaxy Watch straps from Amazon that arrived the next day. The one from Galaxystraps took 15 days to arrive.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of communication regarding your order. At the time we were facing resourcing challenges, but we now have a full time Customer Support Assistant (Ruth) who will be able to respond more promptly.

We've tried to be transparent about shipping times on every product page and the FAQs, but we'll look into how we can make that more prominent based on your feedback. Once items are ordered we're unable to cancel them, but we can refund should the item be returned to us.

The 'Contact Us' button should be going to a contact form which reaches Ruth once completed. We may look to reinstate an email address based on yours and Gareth's feedback above.
