Dealing direct with Cassie Bush made life so easy !!
I dealt direct with Cassie Bush from the Castletown Branch and had no issues whatsoever.
Cass had every base covered as we went from booking the trip, right through to finalising the paperwork 3 days before travel.
I aarived in Bali with all the necessary paperwork on hand and it all went through without a hitch.
The only 'hiccup' in the process was the plane from Brisbane to Bali was running 90 mins late, but Cass had that covered too, by making sure I had the Gallivanter App loaded on my phone, which she used to message me and let me know of the issue.
My return trip was similar, with no problems experienced at all.
I can't reccomend Gallivanter strongly enough and also suggest if you use the Castletown Branch (in Townsville), that you make an appointment to speak with Cass who will have you covered for your entire trip !!
