excellent product … questionable delivery charge
The quality of the product we purchased (75mm corden steel roll top edging) and ease to fit was excellent.
Delivery was quick too.
I’m only dropping a star as £40 delivery I felt was very steep for what was delivered. (2 packs of 10m)
I understand if it was a very big order or a next day need even, but I wasn’t.
I still preferred the quality and safety feature of this product though to other possible less safe for our dogs edging and also compared to price.
Throughly recommend.
Please review you delivery costs for smaller orders.
I ended up buying two sets, and didn’t need the second, but didn’t want to take the chance on having to pay delivery twice!

Due to the 2m length and weight of our steel edging packs, they’re classed as oversized freight, even on smaller orders, which makes them more costly to transport securely. We’re continually reviewing our delivery options to find the best possible rates for our customers, and we really appreciate your feedback.

Holes in stakes were too small for screws provided so had to widen each one which added time to the job.

Poor service and unreliable all three orders have had issue wrong colour or sent unfinished once! They decided to use our project pictures and attribute to another business - my advice is to find an alternative

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your orders. Receiving the wrong colour or an unfinished item is not the standard we aim for, and we have reviewed what went wrong to prevent it happening again.
Regarding the image use, you’re absolutely right, the wrong company was tagged in error. This was corrected immediately once we were made aware.
We truly value your business and want to reassure you, as well as future customers, that all concerns were fully resolved within five days. We have since changed delivery companies and implemented stricter quality control measures within our manufacturing process to prevent similar issues in the future with all bespoke powder coated orders.
