I always order from Garden Wildlife because the bird food is top quality and very reasonably priced. I get free delivery if l spend £25 which is easy for me because lm in a rather unfriendly to wildlife area and feeding is all down to me. I also earn loyalty points to reduce the cost of my bird food. Delivery is very quick, l ordered Saturday it was delivered Sunday afternoon. I can 100% recommend Garden Wildlife.

I have used Garden Wildlife Direct for a few years and the experience has been positive.
I had been purchasing sunflower hearts from B&M before finding Garden Wildlife Direct online.
They are marginally cheaper than B&M and they provide and extra 3kg for the price.
The seeds are always well packaged and delivered in sturdy woven plastic sacks.
Furthermore, deliveries have always been fast (48hrs) with no issues.

I was offered a discount for first purchase, but there was nowhere to enter the code. Being a sunday I couldnt contact them and in the end I just placed the order. I was angry at the response I got the following day, quite short and rude telling me I had to use the code before placing the order. I knew that! She suggested I could use it on the next order, but there wont be one! products were good and delivery, but felt customer service blamed me. There was a gift card button, but on that day there was certainly not a discount code button.

They consistently lie in their ads claiming cheapest prices for sunflower hearts that "can't be beaten". They are NOT the cheapest, and have not been for well over a year, and yet they keep on with these claims. They are earning profit from gullible people who assume these ads are regulated and therefore take it as gospel without checking. This has been reported to ASA.

Highly recommended. Service, delivery and quality (as far as I know as the birds love it) are second to none. As an example, I ordered 2 x 12.55 Kg of seed at 4pm yesterday. They arrived by DPD at 1pm today, 21 hours from order to delivered and delivery was free, hard to beat that.

I order from them on a regular basis and the birds and squirrels love the food. The delivery is quick even with the standard delivery and there are usually good offers if you sign up to their emails.
