The follow up visit to replace the original control box and key fobs went flawlessly. It was a bit irritating to find out my original controller didn’t allow you to pair with the key fobs once you had replaced the battery. It would have been better if the website stated this upfront.

Really professional service received, we had lots of information and examples to allow us to choose the best door for us. The fitter Tomaz Kruk turn up on time was a delightful and professional gentleman, did a wonderful job and explained everything we needed to know. Garage door is amazing. Thank you

We had a problem with my mother’s garage door which should for some reason completely stopped working. An appointment was made and Louis Tse arrived at the correct time. I wasn’t here, but my mother described Louis as absolutely charming who’s welcome to go back and visit any time. High praise from somebody who is very difficult to please. Excellent work Louis – great communication - you did a fantastic job.

The team that come out to measure and the team that came to fit the garage door where all great no problems at all just. When we came to pay the price had gone up, not by much but not the point when we phoned up to ask why they said it down to hidden charges
