Easy parking, short walk to terminal

When car collected it came up with low tyre pressure/puncture. Not there when driven in. No attempt to inform me. Had to hunt for a garage with working airpump machine.

Easy parking/airport transition and easy south to north trasition.
Good experience all round

Easy to get to,, fair price,, buses are frequent, only 10mins to the airport drop off.
Customer service was fantastic, especially as I made a mistake on the booking.

I amended my booking to arrival one extra day and I was charged the same amount as I had previously paid for four days parking!

Whoever parked my car must have been a giant. Every seat adjustment had been changed to an extreme and it would have been appreciated if on leaving the car had made some attempt to put the seat back to its original settings. Furthermore the driver had seemed to have fiddled about with the air con, all the temperature and air movement settings as well as the auto lights and main beam settings. I do not see why this was necessary. It was particularly annoying as our flight was over an hour late arriving after 1 am. The last thing I needed was to spend time readjusting the car settings when I got in the car.

Everything about our Gatwick North Parking experience was very good.

Easy to book, loads of information leading up to trip, easy instructions of where to go at the airport, literally 2 minutes to departures, incredibly easy collection on return to Gatwick.

It was easy to book via website. Directions were very good. It was easy to find and park car. Also finding bus stop, buses were frequent. It was straightforward forward with no stress.

Overall a really great experience from start to finish. This service really does take the stress out of parking etc. I would definitely use again.

Would 100% use again. Staff friendly, fast drop off and collection. Flight was delayed, but wasnt charged because if this, as not our fault.

No issues dropped car off excellent, car was waiting on my return, for once ready right next to the office, so no stumbling around at 0130 hrs trying to find the allocated parking spot. Drove out no issues. It did what it said on the tin

Easy to get to. Harder to find a space but some about once you got further into the car park. Regular shuttle bus. Not far from south terminal. Would use again.
