Always use Official Gatwick as no my car will be safe with them. Easy to leave car and just walk across to check in. No waiting around for transfers

Everything went smoothly with the parking despite us having to change return flights due to airline cancellations. We were even able to leave items with the valet reception to be put back in the car after we had parked and the flight was changed. Parking was the smoothest part of an otherwise fraught trip.

Staff very good on arrival you park in a bay and the staff member takes your keys and off we went. On returning very easy to find and again staff in reception was very helpful keys returned and location of car given and off home.
Only small moan there's no ramp to reception so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs.

Bus driver was so lovely and friendly on both trips, reminding of procedures on arrival back from holiday and gave such a lovely sincere welcome and farewell!

Communication and booking beforehand is easy. The car park is so close to the airport it’s just easy.

Mid stay parking at the North Terminal was perfect, I would recommend the extra cost and avoid getting the shuttle bus. Easy access and big parking spaces for my Ford Ranger

Mid-term parking had sufficient spaces and was convenient walk (undercover) to the North Terminal. Very good indeed.

Midstay Gatwick Airport Parking is a fancy and fast parking option. You get straight to the airport in a very short time. Best choice

Customer service at the car park arrival and pick up was outstanding. The staff working the desk were welcoming, well mannered, quick and knowledgeable. Both on arrival and departure whole process took under 5 minutes. The buses were quick and the drivers again, really polite. The bus stop on way back from North Terminal is right outside the doors so no hanging around with long walk to any bus stops.

Easy to find,link to terminals is spot on,but could be bettered by dropping off nearer the entrance to the building,but on the whole a good service.

It was quick and easy but very expensive. They should look at their prices. My family that booked was more expensive than mine, I booked a couple of days after, it should be just one price, the price should be lower,

The parking experience was great, the staff were friendly & helpful, whilst the location was very convenient for our family holiday, saving the time & hassle with bus connections.
The only downsides were cost (the members discount couldn't be used unfortunately! ) & on arrival we missed the turn for the short stay car park & had to pay to pass through the drop off area & loop back around 😕 to make sure we didn't get fined! Although its our fault missing the turn during the chaotic traffic, I think signage, sat nav guidance & more info / exemption, Should apply for customers of the car park to allow them to pass through the drop off zone charge free, if they miss the turn. I imagine this happens a lot & it ruins an otherwise great service by adding more cost.

We have used Gatwick parking twice now. This has been a godsend travelling with two small children. This really was a hassle free experience with the confidence our vehicle was safe.
