Quick and easy

Ease of parking and overall experience was excellent

More than happy to park my car myself. The car park is clouse to the terminal and frequent buses pick up and drop off.
My problem was missing the M23 signpost when leaving the carpark and having to go through another parking lot. Luckily I was allowed to drive through without any cost.

Service and price is unbeatable. So much stress taken out of parking for holidays... Always recommended to others.

Easy to book, worked out cheaper than a taxi, great instructions on how to find parking, well lit and close to Terminals. 100% would book again.

Very friendly greeter at the Holiday Parking site. Quick transfer to the terminal. On the way back quick bus, quick service to get my car key and out onto the roads.

I recently used Gatwick parking for my trip, having done so before. This time, I encountered a problem with the registration of my vehicle. Fortunately, I reached out to their customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to contact. They promptly resolved the issue for me, ensuring that everything was in order.

Thanks to their efficient support, my trip remained easy and hassle-free. I would definitely use Gatwick parking again, especially because of the excellent customer service I received. Highly recommend!

On our return journey from the airport on Wednesday night we had to wait about 40 minutes until the bus showed up. Then we were dropped off at bus stop 5 and we were told it was zone W. There are no signs to show anyone where zone W is. The only sign that is visible from bus stop 5 is X. The driver could have pointed to where Zone W was. Not a great experience.
When we arrived before our flight it said zone W but again no clear signs to the bus stop. Please make the signage clearer and better signage at arrivals for long stay bus service and waiting time. 40 minutes was too long.

The simplest and easiest way to park when flying from Gatwick, cost effective and staff are polite and friendly.

Used the valet parking for a week and unfortunately left a non activated card with them for access to the car. My car blocked their system for a day as they couldn't move my car until I read their email on arrival at my destination and I could give them access remotely. Thank you to the parking team for dealing with this so brilliantly. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you guys

Great customer service and so easy and convenient to book

I received an updated offer, which was competitive with other offers, and much more convenient. Rather than having to press for a ticket at the entry gate, the car and my name was acknowledged and I drove straight in. The same was true when I came to exit a couple of days later. A very smooth operation, and one I'd certainly recommend.

Found out from the previous year the exact location and where to park for our individual benefit.As my wife has limited mobility it was ideally located.Booking is simple and is worth the slightly higher payment that i have paid in the past to be dropped with a substantial walk to the departures hall
