Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size trousers for my son so I emailed them to ask how and where I returned them and to reorder another size (I bought the kit bundle)
I got a response the same day with instructions with the address of where to return and I had the right size trousers within days!

Good customer service when things go wrong!
Despite having issues with the supplier, I was kept informed and they did their absolute best to provide me with a timely resolution. I will order from them again because of their customer service. When my item did arrive it was well packaged, excellent quality and worth the wait.

Thank you for the feedback. The order was in 2 parts and the initial part of the order was dispatched within 2 weeks. Once we were made aware that the tool kit was not delivered, a replacement was sent out straight away. This has been looked into and resolved for any future orders.

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked and the item is currently with royal mall and if you check the tracking details it is enroute and should arrive tomorrow. There has been a delay with the Royal Mail package and apologies for this delay. The item has been shipped out within 5 days of placing the order and it does mention on the site it can take up to 28 days so you will receive it in good time.
