Ordered a replacement battery that arrived faulty and useless. No replies to emails. They’ve stolen my money. Avoid!

Sent a clearly old charger described as NEW.
It was badly marked and dirty.
I requested a replacement and then a refund.
They have refused, saying if the plastic was still on the body of the charger, it was new.
The pictures I have sent them clearly show extensive wear and tear and it is probably dangerous as it looks a bit burnt out.

What a pathetic excuse.
I have plastic on the front of this phone still there after seven years, still protecting it.

More than 300 complaints about poor customer service.

I am requesting a refund via ebay.
Don't touch this company, unless you don't mind receiving tatty goods described as NEW.

No contact number? RUN! is a good rule I've found with companies like these.
They're the reason Amazon are the go to nowadays. Bite the hand that feeds you.

Don't buy from here. Have some self respect.

Ordered a pair of earphones and a adapter for a Samsung. Never received it. Emailed them multiple times. No reply. Royal mail Tracking says it was never received for delivery and therefore not delivered. I have lost my money!! THIS COMPANY IS A MASSIVE SCAM OPERATION. NEVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING OTHER THAN A LOT OF STRESS!!

Paid for a pair of earphones and a Samsung adaptor on the 23rd of March. I never received them. They never reply to emails, and the tracking number for Royal mail says it hasnt been delivered. The third party tracking app 'Shop' doesn't show any relevant information. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Article not working 😕

I ordered an original Samsung 25W charger, which arrived on time, but it wasn’t original and didn’t come in a Samsung box.
It came in a plastic bag.
I tried to return it within the return window and emailed them many times, but they never replied. Now the return window has closed, and I’m stuck with a duplicate product that I’m unable to return, and my money has been wasted.

Bought Samsung akg earphones they were fake and wire damaged sent email no response it's not a bargain if item is counterfeit product

I got charger lead Samsung A54 5g today , very good and work very well. Would recommend the company.

Worst company to deal with ordered 2 different items (headphones and charging cable)listed as genuine samsung products both items turn out to be cheap copies

I placed an order for two cables and the wrong ones were sent. Despite sending emails to them several times I have never had a response and have now given up on ever getting one, the right cables or a refund. They say they respond within 48 hrs to complaints but I can confirm they don't respond at all.

Product was faulty. Emailed the company 4 times to enquire about refund or replacement and had no response. do not use this company.

Ordered earphones on 2 March. No sign of them. No replies to emails or web form from company. No way of tracking the order - message from
Royal Mail still says we will be in touch. Clear that order has not been sent. How do I get order sent or refunded? Strongly advise others not to use this company. ‘Free postage’ means ‘no postage’.
