Gearvora ladies' boots
Ordered what looked like comfortable winter boots. Many emails + phone call to check on delivery. Very vague about where they are based in USA. Finally arrived but not suitable. Too tight - and I'm a small size. Much research to find returns policy/contact information. What happens next - hopefully a returns label and subsequent refund - watch this space! Well, no return label possible, I can send them back to China at my own expense, and wait, and wait for any possible refund - or I can take 30% refund and keep the boots. Least worst option - take £11.69 and donate the boots to a local charity. So that's what I did, and fair dos - the refund is there already.
