Geckoman Bewertungen

This was our 5th purchase and was a graduation present for our son . The gecko was beautifully made and of John's usual high standard . We will definitely be buying more sculptures as they are so lovely and lifelike.

Patience is required as my poison dart frog was made to order, though the wait was worth it!
The frog looks real and full of character.
John aka Geckoman advised me of the timescale when I ordered the frog and sent updates on progress.
It was a nice surprise when it arrived even though Geckoman had sent an email to say it was on its way in the post!
Really pleased with the experience, considering what to get next...

I spotted a tiny resting bat sculpture at Art in the Gardens, and just could not resist. They were so perfectly formed.

John made sure every detail of my order was captured even though it was a very busy day with a lot of buzz. When my beautiful handmade pipistrelle bat arrived it was exactly as perfect as the first one I’d seen, lovingly packed. It will have pride of place on my wall of art!

Beautiful sculptures! My partner had previously bought a small gecko from John during an event in York. For my his birthday present he asked for the set of three tortoise hatchlings. John emailed me asking if there was a specific date that they were required by as he needed to make them, and I had used a discount code that my partner had received via a mailing list. They took a bit longer to arrive than I initially thought but I had told John that there was no specific date we needed them by. They arrived well packaged with a hand written note, and they are really lovely pieces. Would buy again, and would recommend! John was always very responsive and quick on email, so I had no worries about my order.

Saw Geckoman's work at the Birdfair and ordered 3 Arrow-poison Frogs. Had to be patient as the order took some time to complete, but I am absolutely delighted with the result.
John was very understanding when I wanted to change one of the frogs, and throughout he was a good communicator.
Frogs arrived well packaged and sent Special Delivery ( well worth the option).
I would thoroughly recommend Geckoman and his amazing work.
Excellent.

Absolutely fantastic.

The bronze frog that I ordered at the Birdfair has just arrived and I am delighted with it. The service provided by John has been exemplary - he has kept me up to date with progress on completing this order and advised when it had been despatched. I am so pleased that I spotted John at Birdfair and decided to buy from him. Thank you very much.

we met geckoman at a craft fair and bought one of his made to order frogs for a friends 30th and he was great, let us put a card in with the order to be shipped over to him in ireland, then when we needed to change the postage address over he was very accomodating - not to mention his work is just wonderful, such good craftsmanship, really invested in what he does and in a world of mass produced things it feels good to buy something beautifully handmade. couldn’t recommend him more!

I fell in love with these wonderful bronzes and was able to choose a piece made to my own specifications.
I was happy to wait for arrival as I knew each piece was hand made and I was kept in the loop at all times with excellent communication.

I chose my item carefully, it was to be a special gift. Placed my order and waited with anticipation. A day or so later, I had an email apologising for the delay! I was thrilled when it arrived, packed with the utmost care and attention and with a personal note to boot. I could not have been happier with the service. I shall definitely order from Geckoman again. His work is absolutely stunning. Thank you.

I highly recommend Geckoman. Emails were answered promptly, delivery was swift and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Products very well crafted.
Order very well packed.
Order delivered on time (inspite of being asked to meet a tight time frame)

top!
Good communication, and well packed!
Well made object.

Lovely product, excellent communication from seller

After a careless decorator managed to knock off one of my beautiful, much admired outside wall bats a couple of months ago , I'd worried that John ( Geckoman) may no longer have these. We'd bought them years ago at a craft fair here in York, & Icouldn't see any on John's website.
However, a prompt reply to my email enquiry advised me that there were still a few left in stock. I was thrilled & after payment ,and as quick as a bat in full flight, my new guys arrived. Packing was safe & gentle on the wee fellas. Now they've joined their older, patriachal family member on the house wall, and wowzer ,they look so splendid in their new roost together. Thank you John for helping this to happen.

I've been admiring the lovely sculptures by Geckoman for some years but finally treated myself to a small piece. It was delivered in the timescale discussed, is as I expected it to look and was obviously packaged up with much care to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. Great service, would highly recommend

We encountered Geckoman's work at a craft fair in Saltaire, and we were struck by these beautiful (and so very lifelike) figurines. We ordered a small blue frog and a truly exquisite turtle hatchling. These were ready on schedule (4-6 weeks later) and posted to us. The items are beautiful and were very well packed. Definitely worth the price!

Order placed and promptly dispatched via Royal Mail special delivery, kept up to date via e-mail throughout and arrived on time. Couldn't ask for more!

Excellent quality bronze poison dart frogs and beautiful pattern designs/colours!

I ordered 2 small dart frogs and they arrived well packed and perfect. He consistently produces excellent work and every piece is made to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending his work as you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful pieces, and really good communication throughout. My new tree frogs are gorgeous
