Gemma is the ultimate professional. Having lost most of my brows due to a medical condition, I was very nervous about having them done but Gemma put me at ease straight away. She explained each step clearly and confirmed and checked that I was happy with everything as we went along. I couldn’t be more delighted with the results (and a bit emotional) - they are perfect and even better than I had hoped. I have had so many compliments. I really cannot recommend Gemma enough.

I began my training with Gemma last June. From the outset she not only encourages you and drives you to do more and find your best, but teaches with such an incredible depth of knowledge, skill and passion. I believe I couldn’t have been taught by better.
She’s always available, guides in a constructive way, critiques with care and genuinely wants to see her students succeed.
I’ll we be eternally grateful that I found her. And she did me the most amazing set of hairstroke brows! ❤️❤️

The Queen of PMU. When I booked my first appointment and had a ten month wait I had two thoughts. 1. How long?! I want it now! Should I try elsewhere? 2. If the waiting list is that long? It must be worth it. Right?

It absolutely was! I don’t really wear make up but I did draw on my brows everyday. Thanks to Gem, they are now perfect in every way and I don’t have to do anything!

Of course I went back and also had my eyeliner done a year later. (Hannah style… IYKYK)
The comments I get about both are always flattering and make me smile.

Alongside her incredible work, Gemma is happy and so easy to talk to about anything and everything. I look forward to my visits back for top ups and any future additions.

I have recently trained with Gemma and can honestly say the brow training was one of the best I have experienced.
