Like others, I would advise against this product. It's really not very good, often gives mishapen images.

Also, it signed me up for a weekly subscription. That's not what I thought I was getting. I assumed a trial and then a payment taken.

It took two payments before I realised what had happened. Had I known I would have cancelled immediately,

Sneakily, it never sent email invoices. So it would continue to bleed my account had I not noticed.

Avoid like the plague !

I NEVER write reviews, so you can imagine how bad this is....Imagine an Artificial Intelligence that doesn't have any intelligence. I paid for the subscription thinking it might get better, but it doesn't even understand the query. I asked for something as basic as "remove background" or "change colour" of an image I already uploaded, it generates something completely irrelevant. I asked it to generate a photo from scratch, it literally generated something that has no relation to what I asked for. When I contacted customer service telling them its not working and explaining the above and that I will cancel it if that is the case. Their response was "we dont issue refunds under our T&C", not trying to talk me through the software! Don't waste your money and time.

UI is super easy to understand and the different models are pretty cool

tried the free version. images created are exaggerated, I imagine so so you know they are not photos. It (they?) created big bulbous noses on people and aircraft.

Would not pay for it.

It's constantly trying to take payments out of my bank account. I've blocked my account and in contact with my bank. My gencraft account is currently free so i'm not sure why its trying to take payments - this is theft.

Don't trust this company!

It's an ok app for general AI images, if you don't mind people with 6 or 7 fingers.
There is also darker political coding inside. I enjoy politically lampooning our leaders worldwide and all are accepted except one. No surprise that it's the big orange man baby ex president of the land of the befuddled minds.

Unauthorized Charge After Membership Cancellation: Urgent Refund Request

After stopping my one-week membership and deleting my card information, they still withdrew money from me on November 5th of 2023. Please refund it.
