I haven't try the tool yeat however my expierience with Gendan is very positive. Mega quick delivery with step by step order progress. I can trully recommend them as the company know how to make the business and treat customers right.

Its the timing of my interaction with Gendan that is so fulfilling.
Its the Xmas period and my ever faithful Audi Q7 which i have driven for 158 +K miles just wont start. I need a code reader with a high level of interaction .At this point its too late to hope Santa will bring me one! So at09.30 I phone Gendan less than 60 Seconds later i am speaking to a intelligent and positive young man-08.15 the next day(Saturday) the item is delivered. I do not believe that you can better that. Ps they even kept me informed on its progress. A very big thank you. Fault diagnosed and car working.

Utterly superb service from initial contact to check the Vcd lead worked with my vehicle, instant replies, brilliant humour on delivery update & when product arrived, lovely little gifts inside. 100% recommend this superb company.

Bought from them sent me a obdlink Mx that no good on connection with the iPhone paid 130 pounds for it
called within 2 days of receiving item of the connection problem returned got the rma from them so I don’t understand what are they saying did not contact them before? Returned item charged me 10% restocking fees I also emailed obdlink in us they tried but not connection with iPhone
Disappointed with Gendal company and will not recommend this company also added lying did not contact them how did I get the RMA? How it’s not about the 13 pounds anymore it’s a disappointment

Avoid company

Yes, it could be classed as an expensive purchase, however when you put things into perspective it’s a value for money purchase. Hopefully your vehicle will be reliable and fault free but when it does go wrong it is possible to diagnose the fault simply and effectively with VCDS. You can diagnose accurately without resorting to diagnosis by parts replacement which is very expensive and time consuming. I’ve saved myself time and money in the first diagnostic I’ve carried out on my own vehicle so don’t delay if you have a VAG vehicle get VCDS.

Awesome service, quick delivery.

Great technical advice given when purchasing from these guys. I highly recommend them, after sales is great when I called them with some questions too, very helpful. Thanks guys.

good price, quick delivery, securely and customer, etc.

I bought an OBDLink reader, that did not want to work properly with my car (but did work with other cars). The return of the product was handed very professionally with no quibbles.

I would happily buy from them again.

Some companies are really pleasurable to do business with.
Genden is one of these companies.
Thank you for your help today.
Always great products, and always my number one go to for diagnostics.

A great company to deal with.
My wife bought a Fiat 500 and noticed the odometer mileage flashing. Turns out the previous owner had replaced
a faulty speedo but did not get a proxy alignment procedure done. After some internet research I discovered Gendan and used their website to purchase the equipment needed to fix my problem. Unsure of what parts I actually needed I filled out the help section form and I was advised what parts I needed to fix the problem. A special shout out to Mike West who offered great after sales support. I got the flashing odometer fixed and I now own the OBD reader and software in case it is needed for future faults. Still cheaper than going to a Fiat dealer for the fix.

Been a long time petrolhead and allways like to repair and work on my own vehicles so I know that's jobs are done properly, have heard of gendan through various forums all with good reviews.Working on vehicles nowadays is complicated by electronic controlers and the best way you can test these and make diagnosis easier is by using a good diagnostic machine and that's exactly what you get from Gendan. Being what you need is made easy through their website, you can find exactly what your looking for for a good and fair price click the button and the jobs done you've purchased exactly what you need to get the job done, would highly recomend Gendan they make everything so easy and who doesn't need that nowadays.

Bought Multiecuscan for my Ducato and it’s an excellent bit of kit for the same cost as an hours labour at a Fiat main dealer! On top of that, the email updates after ordering were very entertaining…..🤣😂
All in all I’d highly recommend both the product and Gendan themselves!

Great experience with this company. Item found, ordered and delivered with great communication and some lovely touches which enhanced the experience.

An exemplary service! From the Gendan team to the DPD courier who delivered my item the following day. I purchased an OBD Link EX to use with FORScan to adjust the 12v socket timeout on my 21 reg Kuga. A great bit of kit, well worth the expenditure.
