Really difficult to cancel due to AI bot
I needed to cancel the insurance two days after I booked a trip (well within allowed cancellation period).
You have to call them. A bot answers and tells me that i don't match my email address. It says I have to email the company if I want to cancel. I yell and scream for an agent. Eventually I get one and after twenty minutes am told I have obtained a cancellation and a refund. It was not fun.
