Contacting their support was needed because Microsoft no longer supports the phone activation, but GLKs support was very responsive and helpful in getting it activated for me so it wasn't a problem.

If I ever have a problem with any of the keys I send them an email and they reply almost immediately usually with another key. There has a couple of times where they pointed out that I had entered the key incorrectly.
