was ok ... good service

Seller was very responsive in answering a question I had before purchasing the product. I ordered and it was in hand in a few days and exactly what I needed! Thanks for the smooth and easy transaction. Will do business with them again. Thank you!

Kept changing the price when they knew I needed it. Went from 2.9k to 3.2k then when I went to place the order tried changing again to $4k
I wouldnt trust them to do business with

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I'll make an exception here because this vendor deserves it. As a systems engineer, I've been burned by shady online component sellers before. You know the drill -- fake inventory, knock-off chips, firmware that's 10 years old. It's a minefield out there.
I needed a specific HBA card (LSI 9300-8i) in true IT mode for my new TrueNAS build. GenuineModules popped up in my search. I was skeptical, but their site had actual pictures, detailed specs, and most importantly, clear firmware/BIOS version info. That's a huge green flag for anyone who knows what they're looking at.
Ordering was straightforward. Got the order confirmation and shipping notification within hours, not days. Card arrived faster than some Amazon Prime stuff I've ordered. Now for the kicker: the packaging. This thing was armored. Anti-static bag, foam, secure box -- the works. You could tell they understand they're shipping sensitive electronics, not a pair of socks.
The card itself was exactly as described. The SAS chip was genuine Broadcom, the PCB was clean with no signs of rework, and it shipped with the latest P20 IT mode firmware. Plugged it into my server, booted up, and it was recognized immediately. No fuss, no last-minute firmware flashing drama. It just worked.
Bottom line: If you need server-grade components and you're tired of rolling the dice with random sellers, stop looking. GenuineModules is the real deal. They communicate clearly, ship fast, package properly, and most importantly, they sell exactly what they advertise. You're paying for peace of mind, and it's worth every penny. Will 100% be my first stop for future builds. Great experience.

The customer service is responsive and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Just like always, the modules worked immediately and no connection drops. Excellent experience.

Feels like a genuine part, not some cheap clone. Price isn’t low, but you get what you pay for. Great choice if you need reliable 100G SR4 links.
