scammers big time!!!! I would leave no stars if I could. took forever for them to ship-misled about being in the us. tried to cancel after a month of no product-the refused. so I told them I was going to refuse the PKG and return it if it ever arrived. when it did get here it was nothing but a cheap plastic bag with what sounded like broken model parts in it-i didn't even open it. by this time I had already read NUMEROUS bad reviews on the BBB website and others about them. like how the want ou to pa to ship it back on the slow boat to China. finally agreed to refund half of my $ and then said the would refund the other half when the item reached them in California, which it never did because the USPS effed up and it still shows it being on it;s way(in California) on Feb 14th and has never moved since then.

This company lacks integrity. Stay away.

Run don’t walk.i too got scammed. The flee lights don’t work and they expect you to ship the lights back to chine. They do not emit any frequency! One doesn’t turn on at all and the others are nothing but a nightlight. I got the same email to ship tp china (at my cost) even though these came from from inside California.

The quality of the product did not meet my expectations.

I would give pawcify negative 5 stars if I could. They sell products for pets. They say you have 3 months to return their product if you are unsatisfied with it. So I thought I would give it a try. What the heck. I can always return it. Well, it didn't help my dog at all. What they didn't mention is that in order to return it, you have to pay the shipping back to china which in my case was $60 on a dental plaque remover (about the size of an electric toothbrush)for my dog which I purchased from them for $100. So really, you can't return the product. Plus they sent it in a box that had a ding in it, so I am not confident they would accept the return. Based on my experience with them thus far, they would probably try to blame for that and say, O, so sorry, you damaged the box (which I didn't). We cannot give you a refund. Then I would be out $160. I received the product from an address in Melrose Park, Il, which is in the Chicago area. Why can't I return there? I asked them this question and in response, they sent me the exact same return info email they sent me the first time. Do you really want to purchase a product from a company like this? Never again. Hopefully, their business fails so they can't harm other people.

I did not purchase the Barkguard Pro for my dogs. They rarely bark unless someone actually comes in my porch or in my yard (if we are outside). They are well trained. However, my neighbors’s dogs aren’t and they go nuts every time I take mine outside. My dogs ignore them but it’s hard for me to since I’m used to trained dogs. I put this on a tree near my neighbor’s yard. The first time I went out with my dogs after placing the device, they ran to the corner of their yard closest to us then started barking. After about 3 seconds they shut up. They were actually Turing their heads like “what was that?” I set the device to alternate between the two frequencies to keep them guessing but now I can take my dogs out and they don’t even bother coming over to acknowledge my dogs. I love this thing.

Do not do business with this company. I apparently accidentally made a purchase I tried to cancel it immediately upon hitting the purchase button. It took them two days to reply and said we already sent it out but we will give you a partial refund. I attempted to return an unopened product and they refuse to give me a full refund. this is a garbage company Do not buy anything from them.

If I could give it a zero I would. I purchased a product.And once I got my shipping confirmation, realized it was shipping from china and canceled my order. I was told I had to wait until I received the product to do a return. Once I received the product I requested a return and was told I needed to pay to return the product to china. Do not buy anything from this company.

Basically if you pay with a credit card you can contact your customer service and report it as fraud, if it's in a timely fashion, they will refund your purchase and contact them to dispute the claim, if they don't respond you win, I've been going through a bunch of that now, yes they stated if I want to send it back to Cahina, there would be a complete refund, at what cost in shipping ?, there Satisfaction Guarantee is equal to my wife throwing a baseball for a strike (no pun intended), so it's worth the try

I have not received the product yet but am outraged at the customer service group. When I saw the details of the invoice and the charge of $265 !!!!! I immediately got in touch and told them the order was incorrect. I did this at least 3 times and got a generic comment back that management was reviewing my order. I told them DO NOT ship the product until the order discrepancy was resolved. Of course they shipped the product from China!!! Now they give me choices of 50 percent store credit, 20 percent ($66) refund and keep the product, or
complete refund if I pay for the product to be returned to CHINA at MY expense. I’m sure the cost of shipping to China is a fortune. I may try to refuse the product but I’ve already been charged. I have rejected all these options and hoping for more favorable choices for credit. I should have contacted my credit card company and dispute the charge before it shipped. All of this has occurred before I have even received the products but my suspicion is that they do not work. RUN, DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY.

My elderly mom bought two of their flea deterent night lights that supposedly emit a 40hz sound that these scammers said would sterilize the fleas to prevent reproduction. I was shocked when she said she paid $87 for 2 nightlights that are $1.87 a pc on DHGate and only one of them lights up. The other has some sort of bad connection and powers on if you keep messing with it. The plastic is cheap, the construction is shoddy, and when I took a peek inside the one that doesn't work there is NO FREQUENCY GENERATOR. This is just another scam that preys on the naivety of elderly people! Smh!

I am addressing my right to formally request Shopify who is the company that promotes Pawcify to return My $170. CAD to me for NOT sending me the product I oredered initially. The person co-founder of Barkguard (ADAM) is the name of the co-founder, won't give last name. He keeps sending emails with no regard to refunding no product delivery!! PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PAWCIFY OR BARK GAURD THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!

Pawcify is a rip off big time! They are ripping people off right & left,they should be shut down & arrested!.l doubt l will get my money back $167.00 or the product . It’s a shame that they can be in a business just to rip people off a not be accounted for it, cuz there getting away with it!

Well they got me… they know how to scare you with the fear of your pets going into kidney failure if you use any other water bowls/ fountains. I bought 2 for $140 and immediately tried cancelling after seeing more reviews and complaints. I was told they already shipped it… quickest turn around time to ship. I received the product from a NY address. Had to contact through email customer service to get the return instructions. Turns out they want you to ship it back to Quangong, China. The cheapest for me to ship it back was $80, and that was a gamble if they would even refund me after spending the additional $80 to return it. So now I am stuck with two cheaply made fountains. Please do your research before buying these. In my eyes it is a definite scam.

Pawshield™ for CATS V.3 is supposed to be an ultrasonic flea repellent device that is nothing more than a$2.00 made in China Led night light
one of them was so poorly assembled the front cover with the power button was rattling around in the box, this gave me (a retired consumer electronics service tech by trade) a chance to see what was actually inside these things & they have no sound emitting device or ultrasonic transducer whatsoever, they have a circuit board with the power switch & a voltage step down circuit & Led driver & it has a bunch of Led's that light up around the loop when the power button is pressed.

Do NOT order anything from this company! I ordered 3 bowls, but my credit card didn’t approve it. So I ordered one from Amazon. Received Amazon delivery the next day and my dogs HATED it, wouldn’t go near it. So I returned it to Amazon and got my money back. Then 2 weeks later I get this stuff from pawcify. I email that I want to return it and got the 3 choices response. Send it to China?!! $371 to send back $167 worth of crap! So I contacted them again, telling them I was reporting them as a scam, I’m sure they are still laughing at me. Never order from a company you don’t know. I have learned my lesson.

My story is like everyone else's on here. I read the reviews right after I ordered it and tried to cancel but no response. After receiving it, I emailed support and got a response stating I had 3 options: Option A: Keep the product and get 50% off of future products. Option B: Keep the product and get a 20% refund. Option C: Return to China on my dime. After deciding to return, I learned it would cost well over $100.00 to ship back! I'm keeping the water bowl and getting 20% back. This was a good lesson to learn to read reviews before ordering!!!

I cancelled my order right away because there was an over charge on price. I emailed it as soon as I realized the problem like six times and they only respond with "we are reviewing your request". I tried for two weeks and no customer support was helping me with my cancellation request.

My experience is almost identical to all the other reviews. When I purchased my Pawcify anti bark collar I did not see these reviews. Only positive reviews were on Yelp and Google, and those were probably made by paid influencers. Do not do business with this company.
