AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Seems great when you initially use the service but in turn will screw you over when working out fees after sale. The estate agent ends up charging you more for using this service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Estate agent fees are discussed and agreed directly between the seller and their chosen agent. However, using GetAgent should not result in sellers being charged further fees for using our service.
Any fees charged by your estate agent should reflect the terms agreed upon in your contract.

The importance of listening and feeling heard
Miles Biney was courteous and he listened and I certainly felt heard. The latter being most important. He was proactive and appeared to have done his homework. Early days yet but promises so far kept. Would highly recommend in the service so far received.
