Good information with a follow up call from Joshua Edwards which was very help and an email with helpful tips. Also he contacted two estate agents on my behalf that the felt would be most active in getting me the result I wished to achieve.

Very polite and courteous person telephoned but I didn’t request this call. I’m in the process of selling my property and have already instructed some estate agents so wasn’t looking for additional Agents! If this results in a positive outcome all well and good.
